A decent hotel with own beach.

Before I start please please ignore the reviews that are excessively negative.. I have a feeling those reviews may actually be fake.. ? Holiday experience is a subjective matter but I will try to only talk about 1 major issue. Aug / Sept 2016 is the time of my travel experience at Topkapi. Hotel has almost everything you would need ranging from a variety of shops (newsagent to watch, clothes-shoes-handbag-water/swimming gear and etc to activities such as bowling, tennis, snooker, arcades, children's amusement parks and much more. The hotel is mainly inclusive of food (food is of good quality) and some other facilities... other things such as the things I mentioned above you have to pay. The biggest drawback for me (again subjective) was the pricing... for example a kids swimming arm band from the 99p store in England was £6 to £9... and you will find the same sort of pricing is true throughout the hotel's paid services. Another dissapointing (which again relates to high costs) factor was the kids amusements parks and games facilities.. The kids park was always found to be empty.. hmm i wonder why?......I think the hotel really should reconsider their pricing strategy because the issue is not that people do not want to spend money but the fact is I would never pay £8 for 15 minutes in a bouncy castle. The night entertainment was another drawback... everyday the same music became annoying except the show after the repetitive kids entertainment.

Pleasantly Suprised

Pros: staff and atmosphere
Cons: check in - cater for those who prearrange
Location: Old town only 45 mins bus ride for 2 LIRA and takes senic routes , Several local Bazaar around aswell
Apart from checking which took over 4 hours despite prearranging my flight will arrive early in the morning everything else was perfect . staff were brilliant , food was awasome too much to eat and rep fun . overal very impressed and will go back again .

Honeymoon to dream of

We arrived at the hotel and were meeted kindly and from smiling employees at the gate. When we got to our room (as we were travelling for our honeymoon) it was specially decorated, we got a special bottle of champagne and some fruits for ourselves as a present from the hotel. The room was clean and renovated (bathroom area). Facilities were perfect, you've got the choice of wheter it to be the beach or the pool, one of the many bars and clubs or just strolling around the green alleys all over the hotel. You also have access to the sister hotel, Kremlin Palace, thus having the choice each night where to go for a show. The shows were varied and interesting, with different themes, but never boring. We'd like to thank the hotel for the great time we had. We'll be coming back next year. Definitely recommended.

Rude staff and very poor cleaning standards

For 5 star hotel they provide us extra bed it was about to collapse and when I told receptionist on the day c/o his answer was you should told us before!!! Why would u put broken bed with the star rates hotel already have that clearly tells its not 5 star hotel standard!!

Spacious resort with lots of natural shade

Advantages: the hotel has a lot of facilities for children and adults. The food is very decent for a resort a capacity of 2,000 guests. The rooms are spacious for a family of four. Cons: toilet in the room needs to be renovated and the pool toilets are dirty most of the day. Few receptionists were very impolite.
