NONE of the "amenities" were in order!

Pros: Nothing at all. Just get another hotel altogether!
Cons: Fix your speed bumps to a NORMAL size! Inform your staff. Get everything fixed before having someone pay for your services! Clean the rooms correct.
Location: Should have gone to one of the two MOTEL 6 near by, thats for sure
First of all, your speed bumps scraped the bottom of my car BOTH coming and going! I was literally going less than 5mph and it still scratched up my car! Second, the staff told wrong check out time when I confronted them about it they said "it was their policy to say 11am make sure everyone check out at noon." Third, the internet was not working and they told me that maybe wasn't picking up a signal from that room! Finally, their was no remote in the room I am guessing because the television was not even working and was asked "Didn't someone come and program your tv?" Like it was my job to make sure your facilities were in order! And finally their were cockroaches in the room which is disguising!

Dealbreaker

I stay here for the airport shuttle They have changed the shuttle hours of service and will no longer come get me at the airport at night. I will not stay here again. Beds are great, cleanliness is lacking but the shuttle is a dealbreaker.

Thanks for your comments. We always operate shuttle services to airports and bus terminus. Our duty driver on that day suddenly called in sick and we had to make alternate arrangements to get the service going. That must have taken some extra time. Sorry for the confusion. But we do pick up guests from the airport during night time. You will have the airport shuttle service at night. We are also taking extra effort to keep the rooms and the property clean at all times. Thanks for bringing up to our notice. We certainly will give more attention to that.

Okay hotel.

Pros: Nothing in particular, they have smoking rooms!
Cons: The internet NEEDS to work if that is one of the amenities given! The workers need to be more informed and give at least 10mins after checkout leave.
Location: Near food and other places but parking lot was horrible.
Decent place to stay for the price, I guess. They closed off the front part of the parking lot so I had to drive around to find parking in a horrible parking lot nonetheless. The receptionist did not know the correct check out time she said 11 am when it is actually 12 pm. When checking out I had just turned the key in and was going back to get my bags from the room and immediately got a knock on the door for me to leave! The WIFI/internet did not work for the whole stay. There was only 3 towels and 2 of which were small.

Thanks for your response. We are updating the internet services. Time warner is taking a long time to fix the issue. WE hope to have it resolved soon. Regarding checkout we give the guest one hour extra time to get things out. Our check out time is 11.00 a.m. Our parking lot is getting repaved. You may have experienced some difficulties due to the work that is going on. Regarding your other concerns the housekeeping staff have been suitably instructed. Your comments have certainly helped us to improve our monitoring system. We welcome you to come back again.

Close to the Mall

Everything was ok. The room it's a little old, but in general is ok. The breakfasf is acording to the price. I recommend to stay at this hotel.

Much discomfort! I could not sleep because I was given a room in the far back and that is where all the 18 wheel trucks were parked with motor on all night ...... To much noise!
