Everything was perfect except that I came back from a meeting around 2 pm and my room was just stating to clean it up

Everything was perfect... just the Sunday breakfast wasn't good at all.

Pros: it was a clean hotel.
Cons: the beds need replacing.. no support..you'll sink bed in about 6-9 inches

I asked to be called when room was ready so if there is any chance of checking in early, they said no problem, when arrived 15 min before check in.. I had asked when room was available..They told me roughly 2 hours prior. No call was given. This lady behind desk immediately jumped and said SHE HAD called with sarcasm.. I had pulled out my phone and showed her no one called.. It bothers me that if they can lie over a simple phone call shows unprofessionalism. She would've had more respect if she would have just stated she forgot to call...instead of lying to the customer.

Great stay!!

Great stay! Had a happy hour with beverages and snacks. The rooms were great. The beds were comfortable and the towels were nice and clean.
