Double bed room expected and I receive a different

We are 4 persons in my family then we always asked for a double bed room. Now, we received a room with a king size bed and a bed sofa, my daughters always hate this type of bed, it is not comfortable for them. I asked to be changed in the front desk but the person in charge told me that it was impossible because they were full.
