I made the mistake of booking again this year… but who would have thought that one year later they wouldn’t have the elevators working again? Tbh I had forgotten about the horrible experience last year, I book this hotel for convenience, but Expedia should have a warning about the elevator not working, as it is a real inconvenience for some people, especially if they give you a 5th floor room.
And the lady at reception, again, awful. The “I don’t care attitude is the worst thing here”.
I hate this hotel and will put myself a reminder to never go back there.
