Great staff and very accessible to nearby shopping centers. Only down is the lack of at last one Spanish speaking channel. Other than that is a great location.

The property is under construction, there is no elevator, rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, and the first room they moved me into reeked of marijuana. They moved me to another room where they smoke detector beeped continuously until the desk clerk was able to find batteries and we were able to replace them. To top it off because they are doing construction to the property. There was no hot water to shower. Service clerks are immune to the complaints and expectations of the customers as they receive complaints on a nonstop basis. It really is a toxic environment.

elevators not working and got a room on the 4th floor. WC didnt work and has water running all night long, called front desk and there is no maintenance staff at night. Unbelievable!

The place was nice but did not appreciate that the handicap parking spaces were taken by the equipment being used to fix the hotel. And when you have a wheelchair, handicap person with you that is very important. Also the hot water was not working properly in our room.

I made the mistake of booking again this year… but who would have thought that one year later they wouldn’t have the elevators working again? Tbh I had forgotten about the horrible experience last year, I book this hotel for convenience, but Expedia should have a warning about the elevator not working, as it is a real inconvenience for some people, especially if they give you a 5th floor room. And the lady at reception, again, awful. The “I don’t care attitude is the worst thing here”. I hate this hotel and will put myself a reminder to never go back there.

We stayed on 12/16 and the only rooms that were available upon arrival were on the 5th floor and the elevator was out of order. We had to carry all out luggage through five flights of stairs. The room smelled like dirty socks but we were tired and had to be up really early the next day. The shower was dirty and the water pressure was poor. Also there was no hot water. The most it got to was warm. The only good thing I found of this hotel was the fitness center.

Very disappointing
The hotel was under renovation. There was no hot water, the elevators didn’t work, the place was a complete mess and nobody offered any alternative nor apology.

Location seemed to be under some sort of construction and elevator was said to be "inoperatable". Did not see construction crews carrying their gear up the stairs. Fire alarm went off a few times during the stay as well.

This hotel is under renovation. The elevator does not work. Our first room had no fridge which we needed for our thanksgiving foods. They gladly and easily switched our room. Service was excellent and they were very friendly.

Hotel de 5 pisos sin elevador. Donde creen que me tocó la habitación? Si, en el quinto! Las escaleras de espanto: sucias, malolientes, sin ventilación… hasta un ratón muerto! No hicieron la limpieza, ni cambiaron las toallas. No respetaron mi reservación de habitación con dos camas, me asignaron una con sofá cama y una sola cama. Hotel muy sucio en áreas comunes. Desayuno limitado en cantidad y duración Muy mala experiencia

Hotel pésimo
Muy malo. El elevador tiene varios meses sin funcionar y nos tocó en el quinto piso. El frigobar tenía comida lo que indica que el aseo no fue el correcto. El jugo del desayuno estaba demasiado diluido con agua, en general muy malo ya este hotel. No volvemos a quedarnos en este hotel.

Bad stay
Booked through Hotels.com arrived and they let me know there was no working elevator. The front desk clerk said a discount had been given when asked how much she replied oh well actually we can’t give you one cause you paid through a 3rd party. She stated to come by Sunday at 10 to speak to a manager (no managers come in on weekends) and when I finally got my room we carried everything with a toddler in tow and to our surprise the room was dirty and had not been serviced. Had to go down stairs again with luggage to had the room switched out. WiFi did not work and the how water was not HOT!

Property was under construction which meant no hot water, no elevator. My first room wreaked of marijuana and cigarette while my second room had a malfunctioning smoke alarm. You can’t make this up! Thanks for letting paying loyal customers of this. We had to stay as there were no other options available.

No hot water and no elevator. Bottom two floors under construction. Sounds like the hot water has been out a while but no notification of the condition of the hotel when making a reservation. Front desk staff very friendly.

The property has been in construction for over a year and they have not had hot water for that long as well. No coffee provided. Rate was full price despite not notifying you when you check in that there is NO HOT WATER. Will never stay here again!

Estaff was rude and not helpful. Building was under construction 2 of three floors. Noise all night and no hot water. Very disappointed in Hilton.
