Just OK, good location but terrible beakfast

Pros: location
Cons: breakfast and pillows
Location: the mall is just across the street and very close to the highway.
The location is the best on this hotel. The staff is ok, the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, the pillows bad and in our room the shower needed maintanance. The room was confortable (but for the pillows) and spaciuos. Very clean. I would come back but will also consider other options....

Convenient and accommodating

Luggage trolleys are a big convenience when there are no bell people - the room suite was complete in amenities but small. The decor is unremarkable if not a shade somber. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioner noisy.

Poor customer service, but Great stay.

We had reservations for 2 days. We called ahead of time to notify that we would be arriving late to our check in. We ended up arriving at 4am. We were tired and ready go to rest. But instead, when we arrived, the front desk clerk told us we had lost our rooms because of not showing up on time. However, we had already paid full price for our stay. She had mentioned a late fee (same price as staying another night). They made us wait 40minutes to find a solution. Because of this, we weren't satisfied with the customer service.

Everything was absolutely great but we did have to wait a little over 10 minutes just for the girls to come out and help us as we're trying to check in other than that it was great
