too small everything

the bathroom is too small and the area to take the breakfast, there are not enough tables and chairs

Nice rooms but the outside was dirty.

La Quinta Laredo I-35

Pros: Location, staff and breakfast
Cons: Needs total modernization, lot more attention to maintenance; exterior grounds/parking lot cleanliness needs a LOT OF ATTENTION.
Location: I-35 location is great
Excellent location for I-35 travel; attentive, friendly staff; room interior clean, very good breakfast. Attempts have been made for updating/modernization - but much more is needed. The large suite we were in had one a/c unit that did not work - but being nighttime we were still comfortable and cool. The refrigerator did not work and there were two (2) wall switches that we could not determine what was being controlled by each! However, we would stay again as location, staff and all other was most good.

Great place to stay with a pet.

Pros: Chose primarily because of pet policy.
Cons: Just improve the bathroom sink plumbing. I did not report it because the staff was overwhelmed with people seeking shelter.
Location: Location is convenient with a Denny's located across the parking lot. The immediate neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired. Improves in a mile.
Only complaint was extremely low water pressure in the bathroom sink. Just a trickle. Bathtub faucet had a lot of pressure. Especially appreciated hotel's policy of accepting pets. I believe most of the guests were fleeing Hurricane Harvey. My wife and I also fled the storm and we're grateful La Quinta permitted us to bring our cat.

Adequate hotel close to border crossing.

Older property, room appeared to have been recently renovated, front desk clerk extremely helpful. Met my expectations as being next to the border. Toilet had flushing issues, but eventually worked. Location next to border was a little seedy, but to be expected.

Terrible breakfast

The rooms are renewed and clean nice I had an incident with the bath drain it was clogged and I had th cleaned unclogged it myself since my wife was in the shower when the guy arrived to do it Breakfast was terrible but rooms and bed were confortable

Filthy

The room was dirty, there were pieces of French fries on the floor. The shower curtain had fungi and the pillows were smelling raunchy.

Outdoors

Outdoors are not keeped up, dirty. The pool area is very dirty. Building needs to be powerwashed the doors are dirty on the outside also the exterior is dirty.
