Close to soccer fields

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel does have enclosed free parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated around some of the nicer reataurants and mall in town.

Let Down Experience

Pros: We have stayed at this hotel numerous times, even when it was a Holiday Inn under previous ownership. We love the location and the Covey.
Cons: Customer Service and maintenance!
Location: Great location
Sorry to report that the Ramada Laredo hotel room was sub par. The bathroom dryer did not work and the bath tub was plugged. We reported the incident and were told that maintenance staff was on their way. They never showed up. We checked out and reminded the from desk staff. They apologized but never followed up.

Awesome experiences

Pros: The room
Cons: The appearance of the outside of the hotel.
Location: The location of the hotel was very convenient.
We usually stay at a more expensive hotel, but due to more strict budgeting on our side, we decided to stay at this hotel. Our expectations were not very high since it was a 'cheaper' hotel. However, we were very wrong. The room was nicer and more comfortable than the other hotel. So, we decided that every time we visit Laredo we will be staying at your hotel.

Horrible customer service no internet

Pros: nothing good to say about this place
Cons: they need to hire real management and not someone fired from taco bell
Location: close to highway, bad looking neighborhood
STAY AWAY from this place unless you want to be forced to check in late after 8pm, when i arrived to this Hotel after a long drive i was expecting my room at the check in time which is 3pm,.. instead i had to wait until 8pm for this place to have a room available, this is unacceptable by all means, when i asked for the manager on duty someone with no name-tag saying his name was Juan claiming to be the manager refusing to give his last name gave me the excuse that it was a busy day and they were short-staffed on housekeeping and he himself had been working since 6am that day,.. and because of that they couldn't give me a room until late that day with not even a partial refund or an upgrade to another available room or anything, other people checking in not from expedia were able to get a room but because i was an expedia customer i had to wait, this was told to me by that supposed manager, there were no available rooms on that city that weekend so i had to wait and stay there, but never more, also internet never worked anywhere in the hotel, so please stay away from this place and book somewhere else unless you need a late check in, no internet, small beds, old building, dirty carpets and bad customer service

Good place for a short stay

Overall is great, would recommend carpet replacement due to many stains. rooms are spacious BUT they have double beds not queen which those inches make a big difference. Other than that good place. Staff was friendly

Courteous efficient front desk staff. Very nice and quiet room. Hotel is wonderful. Covered parking is great for those hot summer days, too.

Not What it Seemed

Cons: PARKING!!! and better plumbing
Check in took too long, once we got to our room the toilet did not work. It kept overflowing no matter how many times they tried to fix it. I called plenty of time to speak with the manager but never had a call back. The parking is way to narrow and not enough space to do so, scraped the side of my car trying to park. I thought that this hotel would be worth it.....I was wrong

Pros: Central, close to many things
Cons: Ice Machine on all the floors.
Was a Good Stay, but they told me they were putting $20 on hold on my debit and it ended up being $102.00

Not the greatest hotel

So old, not great service. The room is Ok. The TV doesn’t look well, wi-fi was very low.
