A bad experience.

The room was not clean. The refrigerator still had food and drinks in it. There were empty paper bags on top of the refrigerator in a messy fashion. The bathtub would not fill up with water. Apparently the stopper was broken. The toilet wouldn't shut off, kept running unless we continued to jiggle the handle. We were exhausted from driving all day and wanted a good night's sleep before heading out on another full day of driving. The outside door was banging often during the night. And then, the alarm went off at 5 a.m. I guess the maid had forgotten to check it from the night before. All in all it was a bad experience. Not what we are used to with Marriott.

Better than my bed at home.

Pros: The hotel looked wonderful and the staff was the best I've ever encountered. The room was amazing and the bed was the best I've ever slept on. It's the only hotel I've ever stayed in that I actually wanted to take something, but the bed wouldn't fit in my car.
Cons: I didn't stay longer. I wish I could have. There was really nothing I could find wrong.
Location: Great restaurants very close by and the staff was more than ready to provide recommendation and directions.

Booked this hotel because it was "Pet Friendly". Checked in at midnight to be told they charge 75.00 per pet un refundable. I have very seldom Stayed at a "pet friendly" hotel that charges. 100 percent of the time you sign a waver and you are charged if there is a problem. Most of the time not even that. At the very bottom of their ad it did state the charge (very bottom). They advertise breakfast on Sunday Morning 7-9:30. Went there at 9:15 and they were picking it up. By 9:30 everything was gone. Had to ask for silverware and napkins in the kitchen as did several other customers. They do not have bottled water in the rooms. There charge for a bottled water (small) was 2.50. Even very cheap hotels have a couple of bottled waters in the room. It was clean an comfortable, otherwise.

Convenient hotel for work.

Great staff. Noisy air conditioning. Food odors in room. Overall maintenance is mediocre. Will boycott this and other Mariotts due to their legal position of claiming no blame in current lawsuit involving a woman and a stalker who asked and was given a room next to the woman's at a Marriott.

Family Trip

Great place to stay! Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. We did not try out the pool area but the patio area looked very nice. The front desk staff checking in & out were friendly and accomodating. We will definitely come back.

Great Hotel

Pros: The bed
Cons: Nothing everything great
Location: We went for a concert in the Laredo Energy Arena, this hotel is near the mall and not that far from the Arena.
The Hotel was great, we got there early and could do an early check in, also the bed was super comfortable. This surely is a great hotel to recommend. The breakfast was included but we didn't have a chance to go, because it was to early for us.

Nice place for value price

We look for clean hotels and this was nice. We slept comfortable and have no complaints. We tried the pool and it was subpar in the fact it was dirty but everything else was clean.

Nice Hotel to Restuarants

Pros: I like the cleanliness and king size beds , very comfortable.
Cons: maybe the carpet and the showers .
Location: Very nice , locations , restaurants like buffalo wild wings, apples bees and the mall are near by.
Awesome stay, great room, nice and clean and it had all that I needed .

Horrible customer service

I had trouble with the person in the front desk because he did not want to give me the room due to my age 18. I have stayed their before about 6 times and never have i had that problem. Luckily i talked to the manager and he honored my reservation, but i will never go back there. The office clerk was being so rude and got me in a very bad mood.
