Pros: Hotel staff & very friendly.
Cons: Yes! Cleanliness, & the cigarettes smells.
The hotel staff are very nice & friendly, but the hotel itself is very dissapointing. The elevator is old & you can already smell cigarettes when you're in it even though its saying its "non smoking". As soon as you get out the elevator cigarettes smells really bad, specially with a baby like i do it is no good. Stinks so bad! & when we were in the parking lot theres a group of people drinking & are very loud, but im not sure its because new years eve or they just do that there. I rather choose another hotel when we get back to visit our friends over there.

Sorry - We have no parking

My family and I traveled from NC to MD with reservations at the AVI hotel. We arrived to find that the hotel parking lot was full. There is a bar and lounge onsite within the hotel and customers had taken all of the parking. There was also a party happening in one of the conference rooms and loud music was being played. The front desk staff told us that we could not park in the lot next door because it belonged to another hotel and we would have to check-in and wait fro someone to leave to get a parking spot. We had to cancel our reservation and find another hotel. You would think that the hotel would block out parking spaces for standing reservations.
