Friendly staff and good location. Unfortunately hotel is in need of an upgrade, parking advertised is street parking and the area gets busy with local construction taking place. Quiet bedrooms and clean, however bedding caused me to itch a lot (not sure whether that was bed bugs or the cleaning products used to wash the linen).

Great for a stay over
Third stay here. Convenient for stay over before crossing border. Clean and comfortable although room a little dated. Communication is good although hotels.com did say there is no manned reception (there is) and you had to call 24 hours before your check in time (you didn't).

Cheap stay for a quick Layover
If you're looking for a night stay for a Layover in Larnaca this property is a hit. Nothing special about the hotel, a little bit old but clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was okay. No restaurant available at the property but there is a lot around the hotel within a 10 min walking distance.

Needed to stay extra night in Cyprus due to BA strike which in the end was cancelled but not before we altered fights So booked a hotel as close as I could to airport Quite tired but clean and everything worked Did book sea view room as wanted to have glass of wine on balcony as farewell to Cyprus sadly got view of wall of building next door and as we’d already dragged all out luggage into room and only for 1 night couldn’t be bothered. Pity. Otherwise staff fine and booked early taxi for us Had really nice meal in restaurant of hotel next door

Wasn’t able to stay here there was a problem with the room. I was very tired and it was after midnight and I had to take another taxi to a different hotel owned by the same company. I was very disappointed and of course this place was no near the beach or at all what I expected

Need to be brave.
Rooms are quiet and bed was OK. Leaking shower hose. Found cockroach worthy of the Guinness Book of Records (5 cms long)....even the cleaning person screamed when she saw it !
