Excellent value in newly refurbished hotel at end of promenade one block off the sea. Spotless modern rooms. Cold AC. Substantial rooftop breakfast buffet and pool. Friendly, helpful staff.

Best value hotel in Larnaca, if not Cyprus!
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before. It’s the best overall value for money in Larnaca. The rooms are well sized, modern and clean. The beds are very comfortable too!

Fit for a king
Quick check-in and upgraded to a superior double room, i had king size bed and breakfast included in my booking, also the TV had English channels and I had a complementary bottle of Aphrodite white wine. Would highly recommend you visit if you are in the area of Larnaca Cyprus.

Great Rooms in a Great Location
Clean and new feel in the rooms. I wasn’t a huge fan of the shower though as a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor. But I liked everything else about the property. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this newly renovated hotel, Staff were amazing and they have a mini mart attached to the hotel you can buy most what you want. 20EU is from the airport to the hotel. I did not go exploring due to the limited time I had but could only find one family run restaurant, which was excellent in value and meals. Would I stay here again? YES!

Poor communication regarding advanced booking of parking. Had to park in a random paid location. Poor room cleanliness with miscellaneous loose hairs everywhere which were clearly not mine.

Nice pleasant comfortable stay
The hotel is no frills, modern, clean, good sized rooms, air con that works, basic but ok breakfast and of course a decent location a short walk to the main frontline beach. there is no bar, but a small rooftop pool, but we prefer to go to the beach anyway. At some point the rooms will need a refresh, but that is probably a couple of years away and at the moment the hotel is good value for what it offers.

Room with a Street View
Upon arriving at the hotel i had a quick check-in & received my free bottle of wine as I'm a VIP Gold member, which I was pleased about ! The double room was on the frist floor and had a street view, but the room was spacious and I had a mini fridge, TV and hair dryer, there was a safe in the room but I didn't use it. Also the shower room was a good size and the shower was very powerful, which I enjoyed, i would highly recommend you see for yourself if you are in the local area of Larnaca Cyprus.
