Great Location, needs remodeling

Pros: view of the beach
The hotel is 4 stars at best. Needs to be remodeled and also enforce no smoking policy. Hallways stink from cigarette smoke. Also there was remodeling done in the room adjacent to mine which was very loud and annoying.

Nice hotel

It’s a very nice hotel. Receptionists and room service are always smiling and very helpful. I have two note : The restaurant cleanness and the swimming pool is very small. This shouldn’t be a 5 star hotel pool.

Stayed for 6 nights in the deluxe suit on our honeymoon and has the most wonderful experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi on the terrace was a lovely touch. Hotel staff are lovely and accommodating, the buffet breakfast was awesome and plentiful, and the beach across from the hotel was superb - esp in Sept with less crowds and warm ocean water! Definitely recommend a stay here if basing yourself in Larnaca.

Not a 5 star maybe a 3.5 star at best

How this passes for a 5 start hotel I honestly don't know. Having a 5-month child it was very important we chose a hotel we liked and near the beach. When we arrived at the Entrance to the hotel it was dark and horrible. The taxi driver had to go inside to get someone to help with our luggage. The room itself was very dated. Although the bathroom was clean it has basic amenities for the price we were paying. The food was very basic along with a hefty price tag. After a couple of days, we felt perhaps we were being too harsh on the place as we have been lucky in staying 5 Start hotels around the world and perhaps this is the standard in Cyprus. However, we went to the hotel next door which was a 4 start and found that to be very pleasant and ended having dinner there on 3 of the 6 nights. Lastly, we had an evening flight and asked if we could extend our room for a couple of hours which they replied we would have to check in the morning and it would cost 40 Euros for a couple of hours. We decided just to head next door and have lunch instead. Overall very disappointed and my advice to the management is to head to the other hotels to see how to run a hotel. Also, Hotels.com should downgrade this as nowhere is this a 5 start hotel. Finally, the spa (the only new part of the hotel) charges a 70 Euros to get your nails done which is 4 times as much as priced in London (wife's comments, not mine) Finally, the hotel wasn't cheap so would avoid at all cost.

Great experience in this hotel . Nice crew very firndly . Great food and great location . Very good. For vacation . Me and my wife enjoyed it very much . I do recommend to visit !!!

No way 5 start hotel or services

Wow, 5 star rubbish. Rooms are so old, shower leaks, air con is loud and low powered, background noise in rooms so loud even after changing rooms. 5 star hotel maybe 20 years ago, I asked the dining manager for a coffee because no staff to be seen, she says find a waitress!!!! 5* B#@*H service is in the dark ages. Spa staff were lovely and a complete contrast to hotel. Breakfast had big variety, very busy, chose wisely as some items were bland. Dinner was on a different level, appalling!!!! Three pasta dishes, four meat dishes, salads, everything tasted of the same boring cardboard. There own private beach and sea was filthy. If I could have moved out, I would have.

Great hotel

A great hotel with great staff. The room we had on arrival was not quite the partial sea view I expected - there was minimal sea view. This was addressed on the second day of our arrival when the staff kindly moved us to a room on the 4th floor with a much better view. Nice pool and surroundings. Nice bar menu - a little pricey but this is a 5* hotel I guess so that's okay.

Not what it seems

Not a bad hotel if all you want to do is stay in the hotel/resort itself. The location of the hotel is way too far from any tourist locations. IMO you definitely will need to to hire a car to get to the best beaches and tourist destinations. Not really a five star hotel as advertised but in saying that the hotel was clean and the staff were great. Really make sure what type of holiday you want before booking at this hotel.
