Perfect locationPosted Oct 1, 2015
Pros: Location was perfect. The rooms, lobby and beds were excellent. Great ambience and a nice pool. Plenty of sun beds.
Cons: Cramped bathrooms could function better. Staff could smile more. More shade around the pool area.
Location: Protaras and Ayia Napa nearby. Plenty of nature trails. Water sports on beach. Lots of restaurants, bars etc.
We spent 3 nights for a break and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. There is a great pool, lots of sun beds, a great beach, water sports, nature walks, good restaurants. Pool side waiters is a nice touch for the completely idle. Lots of nooks and crannies as well. Something for everyone. Pretty much everything you need for a break. Helps if you have a car but there seems to be a regular bus service past the Hotel for Protaras and Ayia Napa if you want variety or more noise (not sure about regularity). The beach is a public beach so sun beds are extra and there is a very steep cliff to be negotiated (you need to be fit and have good knees to use the steps) between the Hotel and Beach. However, the hotel does provide and hourly golf cart lift to the beach and back which is good. Only seats 5 though. There is also a free shuttle bus to Grecian Bay Hotel in Ayia Napa. The hotel has a massive lobby and large rooms and beds (very comfy). Lots of storage space for clothes. Our room had a pretty good sea view even though it was at the side. Overlooking the car park, it was still quiet. Breakfast was great and relaxed. We only used one restaurant (Raviolli) which was quirky but fun. The hotel is not cheap but it does provide value for money. You get what you pay for, which is not always the case. Will definitely be returning and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone except the most fussy. Service is helpful and efficient without quite making it to friendly.

Quiet Protaras HotelPosted Sep 27, 2015
Pros: It was very clean and the staff very helpful
Cons: The beds are too hard - and the bars downstairs on the ground floor need sound proofing a lot better!
Location: This hotel is in a very remote location so we only walked to the beach once but we were meeting friends so we were lucky to be shown around Cyprus
We had five days staying at the Grecian Park hotel last week and had a very pleasant holiday. The hotel was lovely but didn't have a lot within walking distance. We ate in the UMI restaurant on two nights which was very good and the hotel pool was lovely although due to lack of time we spent very little time in it. There a couple of things that let the hotel down and these were that the beds were very hard however the rooms were very clean and our room had a nice small bathroom although the area around the sink had been stained. A couple of grumbles were that the breakfast wasn't anywhere up to the same standard as other 5 star hotels I have stayed in in Europe. We had read that there was lots of fresh fruit on offer for breakfast and this was very basic and hidden away as if it wasn't meant for the hotel guests each morning when we went down. There was plenty of variety on offer as the cooked breakfast was the most popular but I prefer fruit and cereal in the mornings. Had we known that there were going to be 4 weddings during our stay there, we would have asked for a room higher up as the music was far too loud on our last night and the wedding party were actually all outside talking around the swimming pool! Other than that we had a very pleasant stay although if visiting Cyprus again, I would go back to the Golden Bay in Larnaca over this hotel as it was a better standard on the whole. We were however very fortunate with the weather during our stay.

Totally decent hotel, our room seems to have been renovated recently and staff is child friendly (they let us check in early and check out late so that our little one could nap after and before our flights). Pool area is great and so is the nice little beach. Is this a proper 5-Star hotel? Definitely not by Dubai standards. But it's a good, value for money, 4-star place. Breakfast was nothing special but OK (juice from concentrate out of machines, mix of fresh and canned fruits on the buffet) but omelettes made to order and good selection of fresh breads. Dinner at the hotel restaurant for the half-bord package was fine with good variety of salads and mains. Set course meals were good (fish always great). Again, expect a good 4-star dinner experience (but not a 5-star one). We would happily go back.

amazing hotel we will be returning in June!Posted Sep 8, 2015
Pros: the views, the foot at the pool bar & the cliff top bar was amazing at night!!!!
Cons: the beds & pillows
The beds where too soft and bouncy for our liking and also the pillows. Reception staff did not inform me on arrival that trousers must be worn for dinner! very embarrassing! on the plus side the cooling flannels smelling of rose water where absolutely fantastic!

excellent hotelPosted Jul 29, 2015
Cons: late room service should have more variety in food.
Location: located on the cliff with a fantastic view close to all action within 5 min drive. transportation by car is recommended.
beautiful hotel located on the cliff with a fantastic view and close to all the action within a 5 min drive max. all the staff are welcoming, friendly, smiling and very helpful. room service food was excellent in mater of taste and presentation, however the late hours room service choices are few (only snacks) and need improvement but also very tasty. our room was cleaned every day and always up to our expectation. overall i think this is the best hotel in the area and we would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Protaras.

Excellent over allPosted Jul 25, 2015
Very good view for the sea side rooms, the hotel is located on a cliff by the sea shore. Food is excellent, hotel facilities, sea side facilities are at the best condition. Plenty of beach activities such as snorkeling and tow banana. The staff is eager to serve. We would definitely return with all the family.

Another stay, another reason to come back.Posted Jul 15, 2015 on Hotels
Another great stay. (4th time) Nothing much to add to the already great reviews for the hotel. If the waiting staff managed to smile a bit more then this would be an AMAZING hotel. Katina (house maid on 5th floor) deserves a special mention for always smiling and always welcoming whilst carrying out her duties to an amazing standard.

Lurad på Grecian parkPosted Jul 11, 2015 on Hotels

Great location overlooking beachPosted Jul 10, 2015
Pros: Good range of facilities & near sandy beach. Spa on site.
Cons: Enforcing no towels being left on loungers early morning. Thin walls between rooms.
Location: Easy access to Agia Napa via fre shuttle bus. Various excursions from hotel & public buses good.
Hotel between Protaras & Agia Napa so away from hordes. Lovely views overlooking Konnos Bay & access to beach via steps (or buggy transfer) for less mobile. Good facilities & restaurants- buffet breakfast excellent. Staff very attentive. Overall lovely place to stay, only wished I had booked an extra week!
