The hot tub was old and water Luke warm and needed a clean and was old and the pillow was not there. We could not use it. The first bedroom plug got stuck in basin. The television did not work in the lounge. Water with a meal in the restaurant with a bar was a cost each time and we were full board. Dust on the televisions in the bedrooms and black suede cushion on couch dirty. The place needs a thorough deep clean. The men by the pool bar if you don’t leave a tip they don’t smile. The only good things was the Mexican salad was delicious and the men behind the bar and the reception were always nice and pleasant. 5000 I spent I should have had an amazing clean in working order suite. This is not a four star hotel.

Properties are clean and spacious, stayed for 7 days and definitely would go back, nice ocean view and breakfast place is fairly good. Employee at the lounge were great, a shout out for Antonio’s who are always very pleasant and helpful.

Nice hotel, on the outskirts of town, if your going for the nightlife in Aiya Napa it might be a little too far away, but if your after peace and quiet then it’s perfect. Good facilities in the hotel, gym was good enough that we used it 4 days out of 7, and the spa looked good although we never used it. Large range of food for breakfast in the main hotel dining area with a second restaurant next to the pool with great views for a lunch looking at the sea. The room was good (Deluxe suite with sea views) , although maybe a little dated and could use a bit of tlc, but everything worked as it should with plenty of space. The hot tub does need a good professional clean, and the cover for the pumps needs new fittings as it is lose. Every staff member we spoke too was friendly, polite and well dressed, very professional looking. All in all we would stay again if ever back in Cyprus.

A very clean and tidy hotel, conveniently placed a 10 min walk from the hustle and bustle of the town. Clean beach within 2 mins. Very nice outside seating areas which were great for meeting up with the rest of my group. Staff were attentive but not overly so and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Special thanks to the concierge who went above and beyond and was also very entertaining.

Bella vacanza di relax con sorpresa inattesa
Abbiamo scelto questa bella struttura sulla base anche delle buone recensioni precedenti e per il prezzo ragionevole richiesto. Tutto è andato bene, parcheggio auto gratuito, bella camera silenziosa con terrazzo vista mare, personale disponibile, buona colazione, piscina e lettini disponibili, zona tranquilla, ottima spiaggia a 150 metri dall'hotel. Ho apprezzato molto la sorpresa che mi hanno organizzato in camera facendomi trovare una torta con due bottigliette di vino per brindare al mio compleanno. Sono iniziative che fanno stare bene e che migliorano il proprio soggiorno. Grazie.

Very nice property, good views from the balcony, clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was amazing, an incredible selection of options, from bacon and eggs, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, to danish and red velvet cake! the only drawback for us was the smokers next door. When they were outside smoking we had to leave our balcony because the smoke would curl right into our room. Maybe having a smoke free section could be an option?

Η junior suite που εμενα ηταν πολυ ανετη με ωραιο διπλο κρεβατι, δυο τηλεορασεις, μεγαλο ντους μεγαλο μπαλκονι με θέα στη θαλασσα και την πισίνα και πολύ καθαρο. Το προγευμα σε μπουφε ηταν ικανοποιητικο. Η πισινα του ξενοδοχειου ειναι λίγο μικρη αλλα και παλι ο χωρος γυρω απο αυτην με τα κρεβατάκια ηταν ανετα. Το προσωπικό πολυ φιλικο και εξυπηρετικο. Συστηνεται η διαμονη εκει ανεπιφυλακτα
