Families hotel
Nice location, friendly staff and kitchen is equipped. Some features that are listed cost extra and their fernatire require update also gym room doesn't function but other than that I had a nice stay.

The decor is a little dated, but the room had everything we needed. There was a bit of noise from our neighbours one night and the ac was leaking water, but the staff couldn’t be more helpful and both situations were resolved. Our room had a direct view of the sea, which was great. Overall I was pleased with this hotel.

Lovely location lovely staff.
Spacious, close to the sea, shops, bars, restaurant, beaches. The pool was right by us. The food was typical Greek food but it was lovely. Well looked after cats all friendly ... won't come near you unless called though which was perfect for my partner.

Near to centre of ayia Napa but quiet location Lovely big swimming pool & easy to get sunbeds late morning Fantastic friendly staff. From Marios always around in day & Dino the best barman in Cyprus. Always get a great welcome

Good sized appartment, close to the main pool and restaurant. Very comfortable and well appointed. The hotel is getting a little old now and would benefit from a make-over especially in the bathroom.

Find a better hotel.
Room cleaning and towel change just once in a three night stay. Dirty rooms. Terrible breakfast. Tables not cleaned, staff not enough in restaurants. Take away breakfast for 8€ consists of two packs of butter, three crackers, one tea bag, three sugars (just like a joke). It is not a hotel but more likely a self service pension or apart.

This hotel is barely a 2* and certianky no way a 3*! The rooms are old, not just outdated, and have cracking floor tiles and horrible kitchenette. The beds are like army barracks. Staff is totally ineffective in answering any type of assistance, and although they are nice and try to help, they constantly use the excuse of "management policy" to excuse everything. The reception area and "restaurant" have no A/C making it very uncomfortable to have dinner there's or stay at front desk for any reason. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else!

Great location - great pool
The hotel is nice enough, but a bit dated. The rooms could use far more atention to details and updating. I booked a king room and they had 2 twins pushed together. Not great for co-sleeping. The kitchenette is fully equipped, but my kettle has old water, rust and even mild in it. I asked for a replacement in the first day, but when it never showed I just boiled water on the stove rather than dealing with the hassle. Room cleaning was at times irregular, some days better than others. One nitpicky thing - the shower curtain was useless and let water through soaking the bathroom floor with each use. Not great when they only change your linens every other day. The wifi was just ok... pretty slow. BUT! The pool is gorgeous and the area is great for beaches and going into town. Who cares if the room is less than perfect when the outdoor facilities are great - who is there to sit in a room anyway? For the bargain I got, I would likely go back again.

5 of us booked 5 separate rooms for our stay. When we checked in we were shown to a villa which had two rooms with twin beds and a sofa bed in the living/kitchen area. This was not what we paid for. We stayed the night and then had to spend half the next day pushing for the rooms that we had paid for. We were still only given three rooms, the other two people had to share the villa. Other than this the stay was fine, pools were great and there was a supermarket on site with everything you need.

Friendly hotel
Very friendly staff. We loved the Ayia Napa area with all its beaches. This resort in December seemed to house a lot of retirees, which we don't mind because they are there to relax and enjoy themselves the same as our family is. The rooms are not brand new, but they were very clean. Breakfast was plentiful.

The hotel itself i was familiar with prior to my stay! The room was in the complex across the road. On arrival it was late and was happy to find the room myself, on getting to it the security guard came being a lone female i felt uncomfortable with his presence and this continued a little throughout my stay. The room was spacious and exactly what i expected the onlh thing was on getting a late checkout the air conditioning stopped working. The pool area was lovely and quiet but could do maybe with a few newer sunbeds.

Close to the centre, in a very quiet location
We are just back from our 16 days trip to Cyprus out of which 7 have been in Panas hotel. This hotel is an excellent place for families. My 4 year old daughter enjoyed every single second of our stay. The entertainers Ramzes and Erika are just wonderful. The barman Dino is very good and going the extra mile always, doing a lot out of his responsibilities I guess. We enjoyed the last night especially when Ramzes put Armenian music for us. Recommend to everyone. Great team, great hotel and great memories. Love you, guys!!!

Ideal place for family holiday
What I liked the most about Panas Holiday Village is the location, which made it an ideal place for families. First of all, it's in a quiet area right next to the sea. From the gardens, within a few steps you can reach a pedestrian road that goes along the sea. With that pedestrian road you can within 15 mins reach the city center (perfect for going out for dinner on foot) and within 5 mins you can get to a nice sandy beach (10 mins to another even sandier beach). The whole area is not very built up, so you feel like you are in the nature which makes it very pleasant & relaxing. About the apartment condition, it was well equipped (dishes, pots, microwave, stove & little oven) and spacious. The minuses was the bathroom which was looking a bit old and even though it was very well cleaned, it felt like it wasn't. Also the fan of the bathroom wasn't working very efficiently. But despite all that it was a lovely stay and I would definitely consider it for our next time in Agia Napa.

gorgeous pool
we stayed here for a few days in April and really enjoyed ourselves, the outdoor pool is huge and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and the sea view was excellent. you have to walk a couple of mins down the path to a small but lovely white sandy beach or a few minutes more takes you to a slightly bigger beach. there is a shop with a discount for panas customer's across the road and the surrounding restaurants and bars we went to were great, (especially Sacramentos restaurant). the hotel staff were very helpful and we could use an iron and hairdryer free of charge. not sure what the food was like but the lunch and dinner buffets smelled delicious.

Nice hotel village, with friendly staff and quite nice location too. halfway between Nissi beach (most popular in Ayia Nappa) and town centre it offered good location. Surrounded still by some potato farms adds beauty to it and also the it's practically on the sea shore with nearest beach about 7 mins walk. Also daily entertainment and activities in the Hotel function area is quite pleasing. Overall good value for money.

Great location, achieved everything the hotel set out to do. Affordable, and comfortable. Close to town and beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anybody wether they are young or mature.
