Older hotel with a lake view friendly staff

Some good and some bad

Day 2 of my visit included pipe bursting up stairs of my room and flooding my room. I have not heard yet from hotel on compensation for my loss and me having to move in the middle of the night to another room.

The stay was excellent. I stayed with my husband and five kids, they manage to put us on the same floor and they were extremely nice about my whole brood of children. I just loved it.

total crap

HD tv did not work on college football rivalry weekend and management would not comp anything for it...upon checking in the lady gave me room that already had people staying in it and almost walked in on them and then had to go back down to get room assignment fixed...holiday weekend and they had poor attention to detail...will stay elsewhere next time!
