This is our third year staying at this property. The location works well for us and it's a nice property. Will stay again the next time we are in Dallas.

BAD: Fold-out bed was AWFUL - blanket had feces on it and was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on (and I used to be in the Army). Fortunately, staff had extra blanket but no access to linen closet for extra pillows. Pool area had bird feces EVERYWHERE - hard to sit down anywhere (nothing a hose or powerwasher couldn't fix on regular basis). GOOD: great food (expensive), friendly staff, great location.

The experience and service was fast and quick for towels and accessories, but when we reached there late at night the sofa bed was broken and instead of offering a new room we waited for almost an hour for rolling beds.

Best hotel in the ara

We always stay here when visiting family in the area. The hotel is very clean, quiet and well located to the airport, shopping, and services. The staff are fantastically friendly and helpful. The fitness facilities are very night and the pool and outdoor space is great. They were even upgrading and renovating when we left. It will be even nicer on our next stay. They only thing it doesn't have is complimentary breakfast, which isn't an issue for me, but might be for others. I do wish their shuttle went the extra 2 miles t the airport, even for a $5 fee. But you can't have it all. I can't imagine a better hotel in the area!
