As expected. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My room had a southern exposure on 1st floor and there was a bit of road noise from the parking lot next door.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was one of the best La Quinta hotels we have ever stayed at.

Ok hotel, clean and for a one night stay its fine

Pros: Ok, very clean
Cons: Need Full Food service (Lunch / better selection of Snacks)
The hotel should have a meal service at least during the day, the closest place is a 15 minute walk...

Over All Disappointing

Pros: There were 2 televisions so the kids could wantch one program while we watched another. Room was clean.
Cons: Supply proper linens, maintain pool facilities and post hours of shuttle service so guests can locate a hotel that will provide a ride at the time nee
Location: DFW airport is close.
We rented a suite for 5 people and only 3 towels/washcloths were provided. Short on staff so we had to go to desk to get these. No pillows for the pull out couch and we had to go to desk to get more. The pool was open but the hot tub was not functioning which was part of the reason we chose this hotel. Hotel advertised a shuttle to the airport but it did not begin until 6:00 and we had to be on a plane by 6:00 so we had to find other means of transportation.

Our goal is to ensure our guests are more than satisfied with their stay and it is very unfortunate you did not feel this way. We do show the shuttle amenity on Expedia, but it also states during limited hours. As for the Hot Tub, due to the location and the area market of our Hotel, we in fact offer our Guests a "Kiddie Pool" rather than a Hot Tub. Great Stay

We were picked up at the airport in a very timely manner, the driver was very gracious and have us makes of restaurants close by. The front desk staff were all very nice, the room was clean and the beds very comfortable. On our last night the shuttle took us to one of the restaurant's closer by, Cool Water, which was the best restaurant I think I've ever been to. The food was amazing, the drinks we great, staff was so accommodating, the manager went and checked on us. It was amazing. The shuttle came and picked us up in a timely manner. This was just a great trip.

Everything was very clean , the staff very friendly, the breakfast was good. The bed was harder than I like but the overall experience was good.

Elevator was broken.. room had bad odor.. had too use body spray too refresh room

Reasonable and clean.

Missed connecting flight at DFW so had to spend the night. Reasonable price, clean room, comfortable bed.
