It was horrible. Non smoking room with cig butts on the. Floor. Cleaning staff came in without knocking. Thank goodness we were dressed. Talked to management. They didn’t care. I know the oil workers stay in every hotel motel but really they deserve something clean too. They just drive the price up.

Location, convienance

Nice motel to stay. Price is affordable and next to gas station , easy to fill the tank before continue to road trip

quality of staff offsets a fairly worn property. for the price, it is a good deal. not a place for those who like to sleep in as lots of work crews who start early stay here.

Pros: It was next door to a gas station and convenient to the freeway.
Cons: Definitely customer service -- what it means to the customer. And training employees not to make assumptions. The free breakfast was disappointing.
Location: Near the junction of I-10 and I-25 in Las Cruces, NM. A few miles from downtown for the Saturday farmer's market and close to Old Mesilla for shopping
The room was fairly comfortable for two nights. My gripes are with the hotel desk clerk--who did address the problem to my satisfaction when I brought it to his attention--and the manager. I reserved for one night, but decided to stay two nights. When I informed the desk clerk the next morning he quickly included my second night, but failed to inform me the cost would be higher. When this has happened in the past at other hotels, the desk clerk has informed me so that I could then make a choice about staying the second night. This clerk stated he assumed people would know the rate may change, but stated he would tell the customer in the future. During the same stay, when I went to use the shower, the faucet where you have to pull a little lever up to turn the shower on was very loose. I again informed the desk clerk, who suggested I talk with the manager. He called the manager and stated it would be a few minutes because the manager had a "boot" on his foot due to recent surgery. I waited about 5 minutes and when I noticed a gentleman walk into the lobby with a boot on his foot I expected him to come talk with me. Instead he walked into and out of the lobby three times (addressing the desk clerk about another problem, apparently) but never addressed me or came to introduce himself. By that time about 10 minutes had gone by and he had walked away again, so I gave up and told the desk clerk the manager apparently has no customer service skills.
