Unusually good front desk clerk. He was very busy, bombarded with interruptions from guests and phone calls that he handled perfectly. A classy, well maintained property that exceeds my expectations.

This hotel looks nice and one person at the front desk upon arrival was very welcoming. The room information stated the rules for fresh linens. What isn't stated is that your room isn't cleaned unless and until linens are changed. So we had to request our trash be removed each day. I suggest larger trash cans as some of us travel for enjoyment and have food receptacles/trash and lots of empty water bottles to discard daily. Also, vacuuming should occur at least every other day when room is occupied. Food was really good. We had breakfast daily and burgers for dinner one evening. Cook was friendly.

I do know why their prices are so high in the mini store. The snickers ice cream is prices at $8 each bar, they probably paid $15 for the whole box of 12. Why the markups??? Bed was uncomfortable and my shower was missing conditioner. Hotel lobby smelled nice and was clean

The shower was GREAT. Everything and everyone met my expectations. The only small issue was no breakfast as cook was home sick. Stuff happens. But there was COFFEE and it was a lot better than most hotels

It was a cozy stay. But our bathroom could have been cleaned thoroughly in our room. Bed was comfy. Staff were nice and welcoming. The gym was great.

Love this hotel
This is one of the top hotel stays of our travels. The check in was easy and the room was great. My husband and I were immediately impressed by the size of the room and the large window letting in plenty of light. The bed was so comfortable, I want the same kind of mattress in my home! The room was spotless, and the shower was fantastic- large, with a powerful shower head. We love to see eco friendly shampoo and lotion, etc. We also used the gym which was equipped with a Pelaton, weights, cable apparatus, treadmills, and ellipticals- everything you could want. We did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that aspect. We have stayed in numerous hotels in Las Cruces and El Paso, even the fancier ones in downtown El Paso, and this is our favorite! Thanks for a great stay!!

Probably one of the worst experiences traveling was to deal with the staff in the hotel, I’d check in at midnight after a long driving and around 9am the cleaning crew enter in my room while I was naked doing my things with my naked wife, when I’d ask the lady why she was doing in my room she say that they need to get into the room to check if we already left so she can clean,I ask her at what time was the check out and she say that at noon but that she need to go inside to check ,I’d told her that if I’m not checking out yet means that I am still there, and I was so upset that I call her stupid for what she did and then she say that that was the policy of the Hilton’s that they can get in anytime she was very scare because she see is naked and she left ,then while I was getting my breakfast a lady named Clarisa told me that they will report me to Expedia because I make the lady cry, I told her that I want to talk to the manager so we can clarify the situation and she say that there was not manager on duty because she was out for holidays, so nobody can asset to me regarding this incident,I email to rodriguez the manager that Clarisa told me that was her manager but she never reply back,she after I’d check out Clarisa ask me to leave the property,I told her that if I was doing something wrong to call the police so we can clarify the situation but she refuse,I told her that I will complain with her manager she told me that she already make a report to her and to the corporate
