Very nice, elegant hotel.

For work purposes, its was above our usual standards. Very elegantly appointed. Room and beds perfect. Bathroom was exactly what we like.....good water pressure and shower head with combos.

Convenient. Off the highway; close to amenities

Conveniently close to mall and theatre, restaurants. Next to a gas station. Room clean and hotel very nice. Breakfast included.

Uncomfortable bed

Nice hotel with uncomfortable mattress. The mattress was beyond firm bordering on hard. I did not have one good night of sleep during our five night stay.

Pros: friendly staff, clean rooms
Just staying for one night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Hotel and staff were good but our room had two issues. First the commode kept running after being flushed / had to jiggle the handle every time. Second, the jacuzzi tub did not work properly and when the jets did come on, they shot out some nasty black particles. Obviously it had not ever been cleaned.

Very nice hotel

They texted me the morning of the day I was arriving asking when I would arrive. Nice gesture, I’ve NEVER had a hotel do that before. Check- in took less than 3 minutes. They had a large table set up with lemon water, hot water for tea, and coffee. There is also a bar and restaurant. Room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The beds are “sleep system” beds- similar to sleep number. I haven’t slept in it yet so I can’t comment on comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a perfect place to stay if you're visiting the hospital near by. It's right off the highway with easy access to shopping and restaurants and a 3 minute drive to the hospital.

Good Hotel .....I just spent a night. Got here late from Los Angels. The staff was expecting me they greeted me kindness. Awesomeness!!!

Staying with a handicapped person

Room 417 needs a shower that you can roll a wheelchair into. Hotel didn't have a shower chair. It was very difficult to shower Dad
