This place was quiet and very convenient for a stop off the 10 freeway. Breakfast was great and started early (5:30am) which was perfect for our depature. Only stayed one night. The bed was comfortable but the hotel needs a deep cleaning and better repairs. Such as dirty hand prints on the bathroom wall on the wallpaper. Tub floor looked dirty. And old patches fixing a hole in the wall and screw holes in the ceiling. I would likely pick something different the next time I drive through this area.

The room was very dirty the walls were smashed in around the toe boards. The carpet looked to be old. The smell of Marijuana outside the build could choke you.

Overall, a great place to stay. Room was spacious and clean. Amenities were great. The breakfast was great and well maintained by staff. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. My first time with Holiday Inn. I'll be back. I give 4 of 5 stars because my hot tub had two jets not working, and all nozzles were chipped/broken. Leaving the tub jet flow not working to it's full capacity. Disappointing. The bathroom vanity light was burned out as well. That's a small complaint, but it would have helped.

Stay was fine. But they canceled my room because I didn’t check in on time do to my flight being delayed. I called the hotel several times explaining the situation and that I was coming. Still they canceled and I had to pay for room again and now I have to try to get a refund from first booking

Only one employee running the front desk and everything else. No one at the front desk for check in, had to wait. Nice staff though, just seemed understaffed. Room furniture in poor condition. Broke leg on table, wood chipped up on furniture. Jacuzzi tub framing wood falling apart.

The staff - particularly reception when we arrived - were friendly, super-professional and very impressive. The room was lovely, clean and tidy and well resourced. The breakfast was somewhat underwhelming and the pancake machine was broken on our 2nd (of two) morning. The position of the hotel wasn't great - there wasn't much around the hotel to do and nothing available transport wise.

Lovely property. One of the best Holiday Inn Express’ I’ve stayed in, and I stay in them every time I travel. Staff was great - friendly, efficient, helpful. Room was spotless. Location was easy to access from the interstate.
