Table lamps next to bed were not working, called desk and asked what might be wrong. Desk responded....have you pulled the tables away from the wall and check to see if they are plugged in? Seems like that might be something the hotel would typically do. Toilet would not flush, and water kept running in toilet. Called desk, they sent maintenance guy to repair. After he repaired, it would flush, but water kept running until i took off tank lid and did a little DIY

Great stay traveling through

Hotel is conveniently located off the interstate and is in the Cracker Barrel parking lot. Hotel staff was very polite and check in was fast. Rooms were clean but bed was a little too firm for my liking but that's me. AC took some time to figure out because it's on the wall and wasn't kicking on but eventually got it. Breakfast was great and were staying there again on the way back. Thank you.

Dad to Help Daughter Relocate

Pros: Felt welcomed and comfortable.
Traveled from Texas to help youngest daughter settle into new apartment near campus. Needed cool, relaxing place to stay after lugging boxes, so my room was perfect.

We have stayed there before, no problems. This time we decided to use the executive suite, nice and roomy. However when we opened the door it smelled of strong hair permanent chemicals. The carpet might have been clean, but it looked terrible, lot of animal stains, told the front desk of the condition to make sure our dog was not blamed. Not the the first incident we have had at La Quintas, for a while we quit using them. Decided to try again, not surprised. We will try one more time in Las Cruces use the executive suite again on 20Mar 2017 we'll see what happens.

Great location, walking distances...

The hotel was clean inside and out. We stayed in room 115 which is close to the front desk. It was nice because we didn't hear the front desk traffic when in our room. Although I didn't use it, the pool area was clean. Continental Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food to go around.
