Everything was very good. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We will definitely book Sleep Inn again when we go to Las Cruces again. Staff was great and cheerful.

Property in the photos seemed more updated than it was. Room looked as if it had not been vacuumed and had stains on the carpeting. Property itself seemed to not be updated as pictures suggested.

Staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and towels were in good condition. The property overall is tired and needs lots of touch ups. Carpeting was worn. No fitness center.

Amazing-pick this one!
This was a great place to stay. Celeste welcomed us after midnight, upgraded our room and couldn’t have been any nicer. The hotel we stayed at the day before felt bothered that we had to even check in and barely spoke. As someone told us before, you almost feel like you should apologize for staying at those places. But not this one! It was nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great and Amanda was also great at the front desk. We didn’t see any critters, bugs, or anything, but we know those happen in this part of the country so it wouldn’t have been a big deal. I don’t know why so many people put they saw bugs, roaches, etc. because there’s no way to keep them all out. I bet they’ve all seen one or two in their own houses! Anyway, this will definitely be a stop in our future cross country trips as the price was right and the employees certainly made it a pleasurable stay.

The front desk staff were the only ones I talked to, and they provided excellent customer service. The place is attractive, the room was very comfortable and quiet, and the coffee and hot breakfast were very good. The location is convenient.

Clean,good towels,Indoor heated pool hot breakfast,friendly staff quiet,affordable,no deposit required upfront for incidentals,rooms have mini fridge iron microwave,hairdryer.comfy bed and feather down pillows,centralized location right by the freeway exit. Overall excellent value @70$/night.

I like Sleep Inn of the hotel at place is safe and quiet, good communication with staff , service both are so friendly . Room so comfortable and fancy . They did good take care of clean up .

Longest shower ever..
The stay was real nice. Very clean and comfortable. The shower was weird. When I water got to hot and I lowered it to cool, the water also lessened. I took a shower in a trickle of water.

We got there late not the hotels fault. The first room they gave us smelled like a dog kennel and I requested a different room. The second room did not smell so we got ready unpacked and started getting ready for bed my mom went to the restroom and found roaches but it was late and we were tired so we just stayed but roaches kept getting on my bed all night. In the morning I finally told my mom I wanted to go to a different hotel because I did not want to stay another night.

The bathrooms are very run down and carpet was dirty and had not been vacuumed. When we went to bed and got about later in the night there were cockroaches in the room and bathroom. We saw at least 6 cockroaches.
