Hotel has bugs

Found a couple of roaches in the room. Don't have anything else to say except that the free breakfast was not good with many guests and not enough food.

Great Hotel

Location: Easy access right off of the I-10. Restaurants such as Applebees, McDonalds, and Cracker Barrel within walking distance.
Next time I pass through Las Cruces I will stay here again. Our room was clean, very comfy beds, and the showers were great. Breakfast had both hot and cold items and items seemed to be replenished in a timely manner. I honestly do not have one negative thing to say about this place.

Would have been great except for check out.

Pros: The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Cons: The front desk staff could learn to properly work with customers.
We were in town for a graduation ceremony. When the ceremony lasted longer than expected, I called the front desk and requested a late check out. The woman I encountered raised her voice and lectured me about how busy they were so we just checked out on time and missed a portion of the ceremony and lunch with the family- the entire reason for the trip. Also, when we went to breakfast there were several things missing or that had run out.

Las Cruces stay

Pros: Location, to my appointment, the room condition and friendly staff
Cons: Continue great service
Location: lots of nearby restaurants, stores and freeway close
I arrived late from a long flight and drive tired, the staff at the counter were friendly, fast and informative about the the room location, to call with any questions and time breakfast would be available. Their effort and enthusiasm made for a good nights sleep. Thank you

As The Terminator Says, "I'll Be Back!"

This hotel was the very best in class that I have stayed in. A person couldn't expect more; friendly and efficient staff, "clean" room and good breakfast. I was impressed and very satisfied. I plan to stay at this chain of hotels again. During previous travel, when booking through the Internet, I have, on occasion, felt as though I had been ushered to the "cheap seats"; you know, back unlit parking lot, 3rd floor room, elevator out of service sort of experience. That didnt happen at this hotel. I felt as though I was every bit as important as anyone who walked through the door. Great place to stay.

We were there in 2011!?

Completely different hotel. Key cards did not work (every day had to get new ones), noisy neighbors that shook the ceiling, and the entire place was much more run down. I was so excited to go back. What a huge disappointment. We traveled from Ohio to New Mexico, and I am embarrassed I put my family that is new to Las Cruces in this hotel after I said how nice it was. At the front desk there was a ledger with notes from staff to each other, and one day a notation that someone coming in should get a very special better room. That made me feel terrible since I spent a lot of money for 5 nights there, thousands of miles from home, and were not given any special treatment at all.

Loved the hotel! The room was large enough for 5 adults but the TV was only 24". We were looking forward to watching a movie together but we couldn't all see the tiny screen. As we were checking out, we noticed even 1-bed rooms with large TVs - at least 55"! Pool and hot tub were great - well maintained and clean. Breakfast ended way too early and they didn't even have coffee after 9:30.

Very nice hotel. The only hitch was the comfort of our mattress and that of the the fold out couch were not that great. Nice sheets and great pillows though. Liked the design of the room and lobby - elegant yet inviting. Love the free breakfast!
