“The location is excellent for tourist. Clean and tidy. Room allocated up to our expectation with excellent breakfast. Staff are helpful and efficiency. ”

“I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, and I felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The only small thing I would have preferred was to have two chairs on the balcony instead of the lounge sofa. It would have been lovely to sit outside together and enjoy the balcony. However, this was only a minor detail and did not affect my overall……

“Amazing, there's even a gigantic swimming pool”

“The quality of the beds and mattresses was consistent with a 2-star hotel. The fridge was empty; I think there should have been at least some water(We had to buy from the vending machine located at the reception, as we arrived after midnight)There was no kettle, tea, or coffee in the room.I sent a message to the hotel before the trip, but they didn't reply.During peak times, the elevators are unusable; there are three elevators for guests and three for staff, and we used them interchangeably. Others were using the pools, but there was a locked fence between our units location and the pools. It seems the pools were closed for the units use for a while, and we were not informed about this...and the photos seem to indicate that the pools were available. Please note that there is no air conditioning. We were told to keep the windows……

“210euro for this hotel is unacceptable. Small bed bad service rude manners!”

“The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great.”

“Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that”
