“The apartment is modern and in a good location but it could do with a deep clean. It has everything you’d need for your stay. The check in process is terrible, the contact number provided does not work. The check in system does not work, and when it finally does work it prints out a blank ticket. Use the help button on the kiosk to speak to someone remotely. Another guest was also having the same issue as I arrived. The other thing I’d note as a solo traveller, there is no security lock on……

“The way up by car is not for the faint hearted. Read the instructions clearly or you may come across serious problems. Once you get there, the parking is great. Hotel has an excellent location, and you can basically walk everywhere around the old part of town. Walking to Alhambra is doable but we took the bus and we were glad we did. Reception lady is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spotless with thick, fresh towels in the bathrooms. Great experience overall.”

“The location is wonderful for exploring the Alhambra area. You can walk to the Sacromonte and Albaicin areas as well. It was nice to have a little kitchen. My one main complaint was that i booked this property specifically for the shuttles that were offered (first thing mentioned on Expedia). Two days into my stay I learned this was no longer being offered. I spent many stressful hours trying to work around that. Very disappointed. I told them they should take that off the website.
