“La piscina excelente y buen trato personal.”

“La habitación muy grande, fantásticas vistas. El hotel es genial. Solo 10 habitaciones y una terraza solarium maravillosa. El personal super amable. En especial Mari Carmen super atenta en todo. El desayuno que está incluido también es muy,muy bueno y las chicas que lo llevan en la terraza de al lado muy amables también. Y por último Manduka ,el japonés , comida deliciosa, no dejéis de probar las gyozas. Espectaculares. La zona no la.zonociamos y también nos gustó mucho hay una zona más urbana y……

“We very much enjoyed our stay at the Bahia Hotel & have made return visits on a regular basis. The hotel itself is tired but the million dollar view more than makes up for that! The room are very clean, the beds comfortable & the staff are friendly, helpful & efficient.”

“Me sorprende que el hotel tenga 4 estrellas, no está a la altura de lo que se puede esperar. La limpieza es mejorable y el baño es anticuado. Tuvimos que solicitar que instalaran un monomando en la ducha ya que no tenía y el técnico de mantenimiento entró en la habitación sin nuestro permiso y nos llevamos un buen susto. Solo hay 3 ascensores, son lentos y 2 de ellos muy estrechos. Insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes. No hay ningún control en la zona de las piscinas y algunas personas……

“Excellent location, beautiful property, and affordable. Would like to come back but management communication tools must be used more effectively. Poor communication with reception caused duress and stress during our travel delay, as there was no way to determine if they could hold our room if we checked in late or a day later. I contacted them four times through the Expedia app weeks and days before arriving, and they did not respond at all. Three phone calls to reception went unreturned,……

“This is a very beautiful building centrally located which allows you to walk to the most interesting places to visit in the city. Its rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast is delicious and very varied. Staff are great and helpful. Parking can be done in the near Plaza España and you can get a discount with a hotel voucher”

“Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature.”
