No surprises, excellent courteous staff

Posted May 15, 2016
Pros: Services are what we want, staff is friendly and efficient.
Cons: Climate control. Difficult to understand, and A/c not turned until June.
Location: Good access to public transportation and shopping--downtown Madrid is 30 minutes away. Easy drive to Segovia, Salamanca, El Escorial to the northwest
Stayed here over 11 years since it opened. Love the staff, most of which has been there for much of the 11 years. It is close to our family who live in Las Rozas, convenient from the airport, downtown Madrid, and neighboring towns.

It was an easy hotel

Posted May 21, 2014
Pros: used it for the location
Cons: The check-in took 12 minutes, because they said the hotel was overbooked.
Location: There are shops and restaurants a few blocks away.
This was an average hotel with a good location in a new area.

Very efficient hotel.

Pros: Very clean, adequate facilities. Courteous staff. Price is hard to beat. Secure parking.
Cons: Beds are hard. HVAC difficult to comprehend. Internet service unstable.
Location: Close to the highway. Not far from train station, convenient to airport. Good facilites--Super Corr food market and pharmacia within walking distance
Have stayed there numerous times for more than 8 years. Convenient to travel, staff very friendly and responsive. No problems understanding English.

Great hotel, but check the location first.

Posted Nov 30, 2012
Pros: Clean, friendly staff and great choice of food for breakfast.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Ideal for us as it was close to family. Close to bus stops which take you to Moncloa for the Metro and very close to Las Rozas Village Outlet.
Room was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Great selection of food for breakfast. We chose this hotel as it was close location to family, however not ideal location if you are looking for a city break in Madrid as you'd need bus/metro commute to city centre (actually not any trouble as Madrid bus and Metro service is excellent). Would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel but poor restaurant.

Posted May 18, 2007
This is a relatively new hotel in a bland modern part of the Madrid suburbs. A car is a must here. The hotel offers good value and is well equipped. Good breakfast. The only problem is the main restaurant. The food (fish) was not cooked properly and still not good when returned to us. The restaurant is expensive and lets the hotel down badly, otherwise a pleasant stay.
