I had to pay resort fees at check-out even though I thought they were covered when I paid through Expedia. Check-in took 30 minutes longer and then they gave me two room numbers. It took even longer to check out on a Friday morning after a conference with over 30K attendees in town and there were only 3 people working the front desk.

Staff is friendly. Place is beginning to look rundown. Stains in room carpet. Furniture looking worn. And the whole idea of being charged for everything they can is becoming insulting. At one point there was a young man hanging in the hallway all morning long and afternoon. I don’t think security ever noticed. Curious to about these two beautiful metal Chinese dragon sculptures out in front of the entrance. Not sure if it was intentional or vandalism. The eyes were painted red. Which looked to be cheap red paint and smudging looking. Like a fourth grader painted them with their fingers.

Overpriced for over $500 bucks /room/ night for 2 ppl with just like a standard room and even u have to pay $25 buck for a bottle of water in the room.. just a room for sleeping and nothing more.. everything just overpriced here .. it’s not worth it…

For years we stay in the Aria Hotel and always had a great experience. The check-in service was excellent, but the room service was terrible. They assigned us a great room. The toilet was not clean in the room and the blackout curtains did not work. We called the front desk 3 times and were told that they sent a maintenance tech up to get it fixed, but no one showed up! We had to move the electric curtains manually. We are not used to a bad service at the Aria. Not sure what changed. Other than that, the stay was good.

Excellent room: spacious and clean; Excellent beds and linen; quiet, no noise from hallway or adjoining rooms. Very efficient elevators. Easy to navigate layout. Very good pool layout for families. Great restaurants onsite. Only real weak point is lack of a good late night meal option

Check in was very smooth by Angela she was very welcoming and provide us all the required information as well as gave us option about the room and floor. I requested complimentary late checkout for that she said it’s not guarantee till 24 hours before checkout so she advised us to contact front desk again on due time , today I went to front desk to talk about my request I was received by Mr M..ik who didn’t even bother to wish me n my wife beside that as soon as I asked about my request he left his counter ( no excuse me nothing )went on the corner of the front desk and waited for a gentleman on the phone I guess the manger and after a while he came back and said 12 is latest he can do. Now only 1 hour late checkout given is not my complain my complain is Mr M..ik didn’t even bother to scan my room key to know about my name my room number when I asked about it he said oh I forgot to asked your room number than he took my key and gave me a new one. I asked him about car parking as I just rent a car for my last night and I parked in the hotel parking so just to make sure I asked about it he said oh you didn’t informed us before so I’ll take it from your deposit really bro that’s how u deals with your guest. ???Aria a beautiful hotel nice location Angela very good front desk she should get raised she offer us bottle of water House keeping is up to the mark, done service each and every day of my stay Their was no light on my room for 20/25 minutes bt the engineer was quick solve

I love the aria. I’ve stayed with you guys on four different occasions now, but don’t think I’ll be back. The hotel was honestly a bit dingy, especially the rooms and the staff were slow and seemed like they didn’t care about their jobs. There was an odd wet spot on our carpet that never dried. Rooms were never cleaned until the evening. A friend staying in another room said there was a handwritten note pointing to a broken light. Key cards frequently stopped working and we had to return to the front desk to get new ones. The hotel just seems like somewhere you would go for a conference not for a luxurious weekend in Las Vegas. I’m sad but I don’t think I’ll be back. Thanks for the memories.

The only refrigerator is the mini-bar. You have to pay extra for a mini-fridge. No microwave, no coffee maker. They do not want you keeping/eating leftovers. They want you eating in their restaurants. They don't want you keeping cold beer in the fridge. They want you drinking beer in their bars at $13 each. They don't want you making your own coffee. They want you buying coffee from their cafes. It's all about how much money they can squeeze out of each guest. It truly is.

Aria is a visually stunning resort with large, well thought out rooms but they're a very long walk to the elevators. The resort is set back from the road so unless you book a Strip-view room, there won't be much of a view. I've stayed in several other resorts in Vegas but this was the best.

During our check in Viktorya was super accommodating and she took the time to make us feel welcomed. It was our first time staying at the Aria and I will be booking in the future. We had a pleasant stay, super clean and quiet room.
