Nice on the outside sketchy on the inside

I chose this hotel because it seemed to look decent on the outside. However I was greatly disappointed when I saw burn marks on the bathroom floor, holes in the comforter, gum marks in the carpet, and my toilet was broken when I walked in.

Good location for local businesses

Pros: Location
Location: Good for casinos on Boulder Highway
Building is about 15 years old and in need of redecoration. Beds are large and comfortable.

our deposit was not refund untill today

Pros: Spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, good A/C, swimming pool, easy parking
Cons: Refund deposits in time without making me write about it!
In general we were very happy with the hotel, but at the end of the day there is an issue: they failed to refund deposit to our credit card and do not respond our message send via their own on-line contact form. It has been already 2 weeks and while I was returning our key-cards I specifically asked if everything was allright and if they will proceed with the refund and the receptionist promissed it will be done. I am not willing to call by phone from Europe, it costs a lot! It's XXI century, the hotel should provide an e-mail address for contacts and answer the messages! And definitely the menagement should care more about the procedures regarding customers money.

Location: SORRY MY DAUGHTER WAS SICK.
WAS NOT TOLD THAT A CARD WAS NEEDED PLUS THE ALREADY PAID HOTEL FEE. MY DAUGHTER WAS SICK AND NEEDED A ROOM RIGHT AWAY. HER APARTMENT COMPLEX WAS BEING SPRAYED UNEXPECTILY. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

It's ok for just stay in Las Vegas cuz it's not expensive and everything in room it's ok too but I don't like front desk they is so su*kk. Hotel not far not close the Strip drive around 20 mins.

Very disappointed about this hotel, never again!

I was very disapppointed in this hotel, I would never stay there again, I would like a refund...here are the reasons why: 1) Expedia said it was 2 miles from the Las vegas Strip, and it was actually 11-12 miles away 2) The first night I almost suffocated from the AC not working, the deluxe suite has not AC in the bedroom, so I couldn't even sleep, it was 115 degrees outside 3) I called the front desk 7 times, and everytime it asked me to leave a voicemail 4) the staff there was very unpleasant and I was disappointed in the customer service 5) The TV remote didn't work, on top of everything else 6) the drain in the shower didn't work, so the water was blocked 7) On top of it all, housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:45 am, when I requested to check out at 12 Never staying there again

An extremely uncomfortable experience

1) the surrounding area & in the pool area had drug dealers & prostitutes soliciting I felt in danger for myself and my children 2) my room had bugs 3) on a daily basis individuals who appeared to be homeless and on a chemical substance were roaming the property 4) the swimming pool had a thick layer of greasy dirt around the entire thing where people had even carved grafitti into it. 5) my teenage son was approached by several people offering him drugs 6) I witnessed a truck driver hire a prostitute in the parking lot outside out room, as well as four "junkies" hop the pool fence and bathe in the pool

We were on tight schedule so we couldn't leave without messing up whole trip! Room stank, we had to call for maid service and clean towels, beds were NEVER made up in a whole week's stay!

Did not have handicap acessable room requested. Room far from main casino and dinning

Typical Las Vegas local casino with hotel

Pros: Location is convenient for local businesses. Good covered parking lot.
Cons: Décor needs upgrading
Location: Usual casino tables in house.
Very slow check in due to Chinese tour group operator checking in a long list of guests with some difficulty.
