Enjoyed the stay. Would again. Not covering box springs is an odd choice and some things are a little worn but loved the suite space. Any issue was immediately handled by the wonderful staff.

Good hotel for the price

The bed was very comfortable. The airconditioner cools well and is in another room so not so noisy. There were no fridge or microwave in the room however and even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking there was this persistent smell like someone smoked before. The staff was friendly.

Nice on the outside sketchy on the inside

I chose this hotel because it seemed to look decent on the outside. However I was greatly disappointed when I saw burn marks on the bathroom floor, holes in the comforter, gum marks in the carpet, and my toilet was broken when I walked in.

Good location for local businesses

Pros: Location
Location: Good for casinos on Boulder Highway
Building is about 15 years old and in need of redecoration. Beds are large and comfortable.

our deposit was not refund untill today

Pros: Spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, good A/C, swimming pool, easy parking
Cons: Refund deposits in time without making me write about it!
In general we were very happy with the hotel, but at the end of the day there is an issue: they failed to refund deposit to our credit card and do not respond our message send via their own on-line contact form. It has been already 2 weeks and while I was returning our key-cards I specifically asked if everything was allright and if they will proceed with the refund and the receptionist promissed it will be done. I am not willing to call by phone from Europe, it costs a lot! It's XXI century, the hotel should provide an e-mail address for contacts and answer the messages! And definitely the menagement should care more about the procedures regarding customers money.

Cons: EVERYTHING
Location: SORRY MY DAUGHTER WAS SICK.
WAS NOT TOLD THAT A CARD WAS NEEDED PLUS THE ALREADY PAID HOTEL FEE. MY DAUGHTER WAS SICK AND NEEDED A ROOM RIGHT AWAY. HER APARTMENT COMPLEX WAS BEING SPRAYED UNEXPECTILY. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

It's ok for just stay in Las Vegas cuz it's not expensive and everything in room it's ok too but I don't like front desk they is so su*kk. Hotel not far not close the Strip drive around 20 mins.
