I liked the dining options for food. inside the rooms need upgrade. air vent in bathroom does not work. was not aware that you have to book cleaning service for daily cleaning. Ground floor smoky due to the casinos there.

We booked this for two nights and didn’t even want to stay the 1 night. But it was 3 am and needed to sleep. Gross.

I have stayed at Arizona Charlies in the past, it had been 8 ot 10 years ago, always has been fairly clean and decent rates... Was a little surprised about the 75.00 surcharge or deposit that will be credited back to the card, that should be communicated in the reservation portion. Did not have any issues, room was clean and comfortable. Did not eat at any of the onsite restaurants, but in the past they were very good, and I would guess that they still are. Reservation team was very good during check in and check out. I will definitely return.

Good locals casino with great entertainment. Rooms are ok for the price. Kind of a cross between motel 6 and Choice Hotel. But for the $ it was fine. Room had fridge and coffee pot. Ate at their Cafe and the food was excellent and staff was great.

Accidentally entered the wrong dates, tried to fix it on Expedia. Was told we had to call the hotel. Spoke with someone at the front desk and was told even if we changed the reservation states we would be charged for the date we were changing AND the date we actually needed. We will be staying at another hotel chain. My recommendation is book somewhere other than Arizona Charlie's.

The room smelled like smoke even though it was nominally a smoke-free room. There might not be much the hotel can do about this though if guests disregard the rules.

They have roaches and last week I was in a room with no hot water.. I stay often and they barely service the room as well like again today .. gottta even call for towels and last week they barely had those only large towels

I booked this for the price, and because there were lots of good reviews, but don't be fooled, this place is in a bad area with unhoused people sleeping outside. Rooms outdate and dirty. Bed had clean sheets but mattress was breaking down on both sides, so had to stay in middle of bed so we didn't roll off. Casino reeked of smoke and checked in late so got stuck with a smoking room as there are few non-smoking rooms and it is first come, first served.

The room is spacious, but the street noise and noise from adjacent rooms and rooms above was a little too much! Also, the non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke from the casino.

Property had a dated feeling to it. Pool was out of order due to renovations, and I was told it had been out of order for quite some time. This information was not relayed at time of booking. My son was extremely upset about this, but the hotel made no apology. I am not surprised by their lack of concern for my kids disappointment, as this hotel certainly did not feel family friendly.

Called front desk twice about no way to watch the TV (no remote). Both times they said it would be right up. Lobby was way too smoky to come downstairs and get it myself. Opening night of March Madness with no TV - it never came. Also, in room coffee pot did not work. They did knock $30 off the room at checkout. Seems fair over all.

Run down rooms. We had to have a smoking room because even though I booked we got in late from the airport. The whole hall and room smelled like an ashtray and marijuana every day and I’m a smoker. The shower was not in working condition and needed repair before you could call it a shower.

I have stayed multiple times and never had any issues. This time we booked a suite on the 7th floor and upon leaving we forgot something in the bathroom. I called back 20 minutes after leaving and asked about the items and was told someone would check the room a call us back(no call back) I called to see if I could come back and check the room since I was told it hadn’t been cleaned and wasn’t allowed to do that either. Where are trusting staffers that AZ Charlie’s use to hire. That cost us $945.00 to replace, Thanks housekeeping
