We choose the Bellagio for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The property is beautiful and eloquently designed. We loved the walk through the garden and gorgeous surroundings.
Throughout our 6 night stay, the service for our lroom was lackluster, and, honestly, it was frustrating and at times. We had to repeatedly reprint keys which was super inconvenient. At times, the digital key on my phone wouldn’t work. When calling for assistance, service members on the phone lacked support skills in trying to resolve the issue in a manner which I would have expected from this level of resort. After I suggested someone in maintenance to check out the lock, the maintenance support assisted and was helpful and offered a food credit. That was generous.
In addition, we had rowdy neighbors for two nights, and our only offer was to move rooms. The first night we called security. It was a slow response. Once they came up, the party continued to be loud for awhile after. The second night when they revved up. I went to the front desk which I had to wait to speak to someone which after speaking to several people, we basically were offered to move rooms.
I will say that we disregarded these incidents and made the most of our time together. I just expected a higher level of service.
