You get what you pay for

This was closer to the airport than I realized it would be, I guess you get what you paid for, don't you? The facilities were typical of a best Western Hotel: came with a continental breakfast etc. What was very disturbing however, was that the housekeepers, as early as 7 o'clock in the morning were walking up and down the hallway chattering, giggling and laughing aloud; it was very bothersome when one was trying to rest. I would not recommend this facility except as a last resort or if you were on an extreme budget. I must say however, that the front desk personnel were very accommodating and polite.

It is wonderful to hear that our friendly staff was accommodating to your needs. We're sorry there were issues with the housekeeping staff being noisy in the halls. We will be sharing your concerns with our housekeeping management team. This way they'll know about the issue and work to resolve it for future guests. If you were to choose to stay with us in the future there are free earplugs in each room. Hopefully this would help you get a good night's sleep.
