The highway traffic was not conducive for sleep! I requested a quiet room 5 days prior to arrival. I didn’t sleep at all! The next day requested a quiet room and I was told the room was ready after 5p. I switched room tried to see if any different- Nope!! I left and still had to pay for the night in a room I never used!

The employees were very friendly and kind. We were facing the busy street, so we did have road noise at night. Do not book through Expedia! I was told by the hotel my rate was $99.78 per night, and I paid $117 to Expedia. They were not willing to give me the $40 difference, in any form. Not customer service friendly.

We got lost with the GPS information given and the girls at the front desk literally stayed on the phone with us to find the hotel!

Great hotel. Modern rooms and decor. Excellent breakfast. The front desk staff and kitchen staff were very kind and helpful. Food was served warm and was very tasty. The only complaint I have is there is a factory/warehouse on the west side of the building. One morning, there it’s of trucks in and out about 6AM. Made for a rude awakening. Other than that the place was wonderful.

The staff was wonderful! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was updated and comfortable. The breakfast options were good and the 24 hr cappuccino machine was a great option.

The check in staff was very efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. Breakfast has enough choices, and good quality. The room was not soundproof enough, we can hear people talking, walking pass our door. The location of the hotel could be better, the surrounding was quite dark and scary. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My family loved the breakfast. The beds were a little too firm but it was quiet and I slept very well. Desk services was very quick to re respond to requests.

The room was great for the price, very spacious. The beds were clean, no bugs. But almost all the towels had little hairs on them, like someone had shaved and used the towel. But they were folded as if they had been washed. It was weird, and I had to air dry after my shower cause all of the towels had other peoples stubble hairs on them. So just a heads up to check the bathroom.

Firstly, staff were great! Front desk, breakfast staff and the breakfast was great too. But.... This is the broken hotel Broken items were coffee machine, both vending machines, the ice machine, gym equipment ( treadmill, elliptical) the bike worked, just not the screen function guest laundry, lights in the lift, key card system, in room telephone (couldn't even contact the front desk). Worst two parts was the air conditioner that couldn't be left on at night because the fan was so loud we couldn't sleep, it actually vibrated the walls and the bed was very hard, not suitable for a best western. It is a credit to the staff to maintain such a happy and positive environment whilst everything is breaking down. This hotel needs a maintenance plan and new beds and shouldn't be a best western until repaired.

The area is a bit sketchy. There are absolutely no restaurants nearby. This area seems industrial only. The hotel is okay and the staff is very good. Clean. There are no stairs near the very slow elevator so you cannot walk up or down if you wish to or need to in the event of a fire.

Got a text at 9 am from staff saying they would assist us during our stay. I texted back at 930am asking when could we check in. No response. We showed up at 1 pm, and they said we had to pay $50 for early check in even though the room was ready. Woman couldn't explain why they didn't respond to my 930am text that replied to their "wanting to assist" text for 3½ hours. So we left and came back four hours later and got more attitude. I stayed at this place 7 years ago and had a great experience, not so this time. Very noisy at night with doors slamming, parking was difficult to find. Won't return to this hotel next time.

Upon initially entering the elevator a man told us he was warned not to walk to the casino at night. The morning we left, a man walked into the exercise room and stole my wife's phone. He obviously had a key card. While looking for the phone I found the contents of a lady's purse dumped out by the pool. The staff was not very helpful.

The facility was adequate with decent beds and bathroom. It's in an off-beat place not near much. That was OK with us because we just needed a place to sleep on our journey. However, the walls were paper-thin. The guest in the next room was talking to someone on the phone in a normal voice and we could actually hear parts of his conversation. Then there was everyone else around us that we could hear. We did not get a decent night's sleep ahead of a long drive like we hoped. I do not recommend this hotel if you want privacy or a good night's sleep. If you can sleep through noise, it might work for you.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and offered many options for different diets. The coffee machine was readily available at all hours. The only disappointment was that the pool area did not include a Jacuzzi.

Deposit isn't disclosed, but a great hotel
Okay, I didn't like that there is never any mention of anything other that a pet deposit on Hotels under the *fees and policies section of this hotels info.. I had no pets yet was still charged a $50 deposit, that needs to be mentioned up front so people are prepared, all the other hotels list when there's a deposit, why doesn't this place!? The hotel is very well kept, nice staff, superb breakfast really... I liked that there was laundry facilities, I liked the well stocked vending machines as well as the little store by check in desk, I absolutely hated that the walls are so so thin, It was say... 10pm.. I'm in bed watching Netflix, the TV volume is on 12-so not loud at all, I'm watching a stand up and giggling... All of the sudden the people next room over bang on the adjoining door separating our rooms like they are the police! I mean... BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM!! I say... Uh.. HELLLO?? No response... Blown away I called front desk.. they called and they didn't answer so reception desk came up and knocked on their door... Asked what happened.. reception calls back and says yeah.. they say you've been very loud all night.. I had just checked in an hour or so prior, staff member said I was not loud and was fine and that she wanted to offer me to switch rooms . I felt that offer should be given to the people next to me who didn't realize they weren't home and have to be considerate of other people's right to exist- the walls are thin tho- it's a little crazy
