Easy access right off the freeway.

Pros: Cleanliness, staff, breakfast
We were passing through so we didn't need anything fancy. This place was clean and the free breakfast was good. They are in the middle of renovations (but it was quiet for our stay). The only thing that isn't so great is that it's right next to a railroad. If you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs. The air conditioner was good white noise and basically kept most of the train noise out. That said, I'd stay here again even with the train. The rate was good and it was CLEAN which is my number 1 for any hotel. The staff was MORE than helpful and kind. Loved the people at the front desk every time we had an interaction with them. The pool area was nice. It was well maintained and had nice furniture. It was covered but open to the outside which made for a pleasant swim.

Nice hotel in North Las Vegas.

Location: The hotel was easy to see from the interstate, but difficult to access, without knowing the area roads. It was far away from anything to see and do.
Without GPS, it would be difficult to access this hotel, being new to the area. The staff was especially fun and accommodating. We couldn't figure out the air conditioning and staff immediately came to our room to assist. The pool area was fun, we loved the indoor-outdoor experience. Breakfast was most welcome and delicious!

Next to train track!

Next to train track which we were not aware of; however staff great and put us on the other side of the motel at least! Unfortunately toilet quit working - a real hassle - and no maintenance person on duty in the evening - staff did add points to our reward card.

Hopefully trains don't bother you. Tucked next to the train tracks, this is a hidden gem. Perfectly comfortable, excellent service with a decent breakfast spread. I came to Vegas for business and for passing through this location is refreshing without killing your pocketbook. I'd make a point to stay here again.

Not a Place I Would Stay Again

This hotel desperately needs to be updated/renovated. It is located in a warehouse-type industrial park. Train tracks are located directly across from the hotel. Bed and furnishings are very much out of date. Would not recommend.

DIsappointing

Pros: Rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The attitude of the staff could be improved. As well as some wall paper and carpet in the hallways

I am used to good service at Best Western hotels. This hotel was under construction. It had railroad tracks on one side and industrial buildings on the other. Since I had booked thru Expedia, I was charged $25 per day for incidentals. The staff person said that since I had no incidentals, my charge card would be refunded within three days. When I argued with him about this, he said it is Best Western policy. I have stayed at many Best Westerns, and this was not there policy.

Hello Tim, It is OUR policy here at the Best Western North Las Vegas to charge $25 incidentals per night. Depending on your bank it can take up to 2 weeks to get that money back. I apologize for the miscommunication about the fee.

Nice Hotel

My husband and I stayed at this hotel to visit friends in North Las Vegas. It was a nice hotel and the room was very clean. The pillows were not very comfortable and very small. I would recommend bringing your own. If you are a light sleeper the train tracks nearby might bug you, but other than that good location. We loved the breakfast that was served in the morning and we left full. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel

North Las Vegas Stay

Pros: Clean, location, good breakfast, staff
Cons: Better sound proofing
The hotel was clean and staff was good. Breakfast was very good. Having a room in the front of the building, facing the road and 2 train tracks, made it quite noisy at times. I don't know if better insulation and windows could even block out the noise that could occur at all hours of the day and night. I was primarily visiting North Las Vegas, so it was convenient for me, and close to many restaurants, shops, highways etc

Quiet hotel away from the Strip

Pros: It was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful.
Location: Lots of restaurant options within a mile.
This hotel suited my travel needs perfectly. I was traveling with a dog, and was just passing through Las Vegas. I needed a dog-friendly, quiet hotel away from the lights and noise of the Strip. This hotel is located in North Las Vegas in an industrial area just off I-15, and was perfect for me. The front-desk staff was very efficient, and had a welcome bag for my dog. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a large indoor pool, and a nicely equipped workout room. My breakfast the next morning had lots of options, including several hot entrees. The breakfast area was spacious, with lots of seating. Everything about my stay was great, and I would happily stay here again the next time I am passing through.
