Last Resort

Pros: Close to the strip but not on it. Einstein's Bagels and ABC market are in the building.
Cons: Don't get me going.
Location: You all know....
A/C had to be repaired twice. The second time, I called twice at 10:15pm and then at 11:30pm - then fell asleep when no one came. Shower spray was not adjustable. The toilet handle broke. The room is like a cave, especially in the living room - I felt claustrophobic. It was like a 1 mile hike from the room to the parking lot as they only had one elevator in a very inconvenient location. It is near the runway of the airport, I kept wondering if a plane would hit the building - even though I know it was a very slim chance.

Close to the strip and quiet considering how close it is to the airport. The ABC store by the entrance is awsome.

Close to the strip but not too close

Pros: Friendliness and cleanliness
Cons: Possibility of more shuttle times on the schedule.
Location: Close to the strip and helicopter tours are across the street!
Absolutely love this hotel! The staff went out of there way to accommodate you, and make you feel comfortable and welcome. All of the guests are happy and will talk to you in passing. The only time it is really busy is during check out time, and the employees still wore a smile on their face the whole time. Rooms were beyond expectation (compared to normal hotel rooms). I do not want to stay in a normal hotel room after this experience. Already planning my next trip!

Cons: I would like to watch TV in my bedroom !!!!! 7 days and it CAN'T BE FIXED??

Very cramped kitchen/dining area....not nearly as roomy as other BG places we've stayed in.....We stayed for 7 days and couldn't get them to fix the TV in the bedroom although we asked them every day!!...walls were pretty thin...noisy doors(the only way to get them closed completely was to slam them)

Enjoyed our stay. Only negative was no return shuttle from strip so on your own for transportation back?

Wonderful staff

The hotel was great. The room adjoining ours was pretty noisy the one night and you could smell the weed they were smoking, but I expected as much from Vegas. The staff is excellent, in particular one of the bell people "Rosie". She truly went above and beyond to get me whatever I needed. The one major drawback was the hot tub. There was a significant amount of foam in the hot tub on each day that I went there and the water was treated so much that it burned my eyes for several minutes when I got splashed in the face. The gentleman who spoke with me about my concerns said they test the water frequently and that the foam was due to lotions on people's skin. I have been to many hotels in my life and I have never seen that much foam in a hot tub before. This hotel really needs to get their water treatment under control, especially as they are trying to increase their ratings within their chain of hotels.

Friendly staff. Easy Check-in. Nice amenities. Carpet was a little soiled and maybe needed replacing. The toilet would flush on it's own at intervals. The climate control system for the room was a little noisy and probably in need of some maintenance. Outside of these annoyances it was a nice place. It's a little far if you intend to walk to the Strip but it can be done. The price was reasonable.

There for SEMA nice to have kitchen but no cleaning of the room no new towels or sheets I hate making my own bed
