Half of the pool and jacuzzis were closed the whole stay. They provide no shuttles to the strip. The hotel is about a $35 - $40 cab ride to the strip each time. All in all I would not stay here again. I have small children and I would rather stay at Tahiti village with them. We had the delux penthouse which has 2 bedrooms. It only had 1 towel lol. Ac didn’t work. They had to reset the whole system. Jacuzzi in the unit is not actually a jacuzzi it’s a bathtub.

The unit exceeded my expectations, except for that crappy bed. It was uncomfortable as he'll. No frame so you sit on the floor, the mattress did not Fit the box and I hit my toe and now my left front toe is black from the blood. Did you go dumpster diving to find it?

Staff very friendly and attentive. The amount of staff is the real issue here. I would leave photos of the property if this was possible. This property has two pools and some waterslides. The staffing for lifeguards only allowed a very small portion of the pool to be open. Two of the days the water slides were closed and 3/4 of the pool. Not enough staffing. several hot tubs also closed. The pool times are clearly posted but the pool is not open on time. This was the case for our entire trip. Again not enough staffing. This is not the fault of the staff but a management issue. Staff that was there was very nice and seamed to care just could not do anything about it. This property was constantly filled with a staff that was selling time share and people that they were selling it to. I booked on Expedia thinking it was a resort hotel. Clearly it is a timeshare resort run by Hilton. Room was as expected in the pictures when booking. Take your family elsewhere if you are booking with kids. Away from strip is the reason we booked but no amenities staffed is the reason we wont be back. I defiantly spoke with many other guests that felt this same way.

The location is close enough to places like the Vegas strip, airport, Fremont St. that it's easy enough to drive or catch a cheap Uber straight from the hotel for a night out or a day exploring the city and then come back to the hotel. The hotel itself had a decent lounge and pool area and just overall felt a bit safer and more quite than some of the other hotels my friend and I explored during our time in Vegas.

Wgen i arrived, they gave me a room that had not been cleaned, it was 11:30 at night and had to wsiy until the git me another room. Room service does not start until 8:00 am. No way to get coffee if your an esrly riser, coffee pot on room was not fit to use. Room was clean, but no way a luxury hotel.

I was very disappointed with the management response at this location. We had a electrical shortage in the room that created a spark and ruined a necklace next to the outlet. I had to attempt to contact management 3 times before getting a response. We still haven't resolved the issue after checking out. We also could not leave our windows or balcony door open because of so many guests smoking weed and making our room smell like it. The front pool was often closed due to lack of staff. Overall a disappointing visit.

This is a really great place if you’re traveling with family! It is a 10-15min drive to the strip but other than that the resort is so cute and suites are spacious!

We really liked easy check in, full kitchen, convenience, and friendly staff. We didn’t like that it was noisy 24 hours per day, a little outdated, and the toilet in bathroom ran the whole time.

Great place to stay. Only problem was i phoned for bedding for the pull out couch to put my kids to bed at 7:30pm and did not recoeve it untill 12:20am despite me calling down several times.

Everything was great, the property was a little dated my only complaint was that I’m pretty sure our mattress was from the grand opening of the property. It was bowing in the middle as if a 400 pound person had been sleeping in it for the past month. In the end I would recommend for larger parties without hesitation.

Ariel the housekeeper houseman was very polite and was helpful. The area and vicinity is accessible to shopping, dining, casino nearby and transportation is very good too. This is a good place to stay if you’re travelling with your family over all

Overall good stay. The front desk wasn't super friendly when we checked in. But the room was mostly nice. The showers in both rooms still had a lot of random hair from other people before us. It's nice to have a kitchen in the room and the bed was comfy.

This property has a fair mix of pros and cons. Pros: Clean, safe, family friendly, extremely quiet, spacious rooms, fun pool area, close enough to the strip to be convenient, far enough away to be calm and quiet. Cons: This property doesn't seem to be managed well at all. Certainly not to typical Hilton standards. My family came for the pools and waterslides. I called prior to making my reservation to ensure that the pools and slides would be open. Upon arrival this was not the case. Only 1 of the 8 days of our stay were all the slides in operation. Most of the days none of the slides were open or they would be open briefly and then abruptly close. We were told this was due to "staffing issues." Since the waterslides were the entire reason we chose this hotel, this was extremely disappointing. With an 8 day stay you only get room cleaning one time. This quickly became a nuisance as trash piled up and we ran out of consumables like toilet paper and coffee. When housekeeping did service the room they did not clean anything, only made the bed and brought fresh towels. The housekeeper took all the linens off the sofa bed my kids were sleeping on and then did not replace them. We got home late to no place for the kids to sleep! It took 4 interactions with the front desk over a 2 hour period to get sheets for that bed. It was after midnight by the time my kids were able to get to sleep. One toilet ran constantly and the thermostat didn't work at all. I expected more from Hilton.

This property had everything we wanted but we were disappointed that pools and slides were closed during our stay. Our room was not ready for check in until 6:30pm (it should be ready at 4 and we arrived around 5:25). We had our dinner in the car and had to wait. We would return but hope to have a fuller experience next time.

Great place to stay if you are looking for something of more a condo style accommodation. However, we booked this accommodation for the water slides which were closed most of the time due to staffing. The rugs in the halls were not clean. The unit was clean. Only one garbage bag provided. One day of housekeeping provided during our one week stay and the only thing they did was give us clean towels. $20 cab ride to mandalay bay. Ok if you have a car to get around. There is a grocery store across the street.

We really enjoyed staying here. We had a unit that was newly renovated. Our only complaint was the slides were only open 6 hours a day and only 2 slides at a time. Half the pool was also closed the entire time and they limited the pool hours for the portion that was open. They said they’ve been short staffed. A little disappointing when the pool is why we came.

Despite booking more than one month in advance, when we got there, there were no rooms available. Had to wait more than 2 hrs for a room and hotel did not comp anything for thw inconvenience. Various notifacations were sent letting me know that the pool was going to be open by March 18th, but half of the pool, the best part, was closed all 4 days we were there. I also dont appreciate them pushing to attend one of their membership meetings. They kept calling and calling the room as soon as they knew we were there. If I wanted to be a member, I would have attended on my own.

The property was clean and the rooms were too. It was nice to have a full kitchen. There was inadequate staffing of lifeguards at the pools which resulted in some of the pools to be closed. We brought 14 grandkids and their parents for Spring break just for the pools and slides at this property. Staff were helpful and friendly. Elevators we slow and at least one in our building was closed while we were there.
