Unsafe

Pros: I can't recommend it as it is unsafe.
Cons: There needs to be a secure parking lot and cameras in the parking lot and pool areas.
Location: It wasn't really close to the strip
The room did not have an oven and the bathtub stopper was broken. The hotel was completely unsafe. I went to walk my dog at 9:00 a.m. in the morning. A man came out from some parked cars. My dog's hair all stood up and she began violently barking and lunging at the man. He kept coming towards me and put his hand in his pocket like he had a weapon. I pulled my dog as far away from him as possible. He casually continued walking in the parking lot until he noticed a woman sunbathing by the pool. He stopped and began leering at her as she read her book. I called my husband who came outside. When the man saw my husband come out he continued casually walking around the parking lot toward other vehicles. The hotel is in a bad neighborhood and there was no security in the parking lot. I was concerned for my own safety and the safety of other guests. This man knew there was no security and/or cameras.

I apologize that you did not feel safe while outside on our property. I can assure you we are in a safe neighborhood well near many public attractions. Being a 24 hour city though there is nothing we can do to guarantee the number of people that may cut through our parking lot. We do provide security 24 hours a day at our hotel; an actual security guard at night and all of our management staff throughout the day, and have cameras monitoring the entrance/exit doors of the building.I know that our staff responded immediately to your concern by calling Las Vegas Police to do a perimeter check as well as personally responding to the problem and patrolling the grounds upon which, no person was discovered that did not belong. I have also followed up with our staff regarding the maintenance issues in your room. I am sorry everything was not in working order. We work hard to maintain our property and I have ensured this issue has been resolved. Not right on the strip but not far, Spacious rooms with good amenities Hotel staff could be friendlier though

Nice hotel off the strip

It's the second year i stay at this hotel and I've enjoyed both times. It's very clean,quiet and relaxing away from all the strip chaos.i also love all the ammenities the rooms have to offer they really do come in handy

部屋はきれいにされていましたが、ただひとつカーペットにもう少し掃除機をかけて欲しい。それ以外は朝食もよく、近くに大きなスーパーがあり、そこのメキシコ料理が美味しかった。

Nice, quiet and reasonable

Pros: Clean, quiet, and comfortable! Safe location, even walking to/from the Strip
Cons: No shuttle service to Strip (only taxi) No in-room safe Hotel located over a mile from Strip (wear comfy shoes or get taxi)
Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel, but let me give a few details: First, the hotel staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone seemed intent on making my stay comfortable. Second, the facilities were clean and well-kept. There were a few "funny" smells lingering around the hallways, but I mostly attribute that to people cooking in their rooms. The pool area was clean and the pool itself is a nice size. Even the parking lot was relatively clean! Overall, the room was very good. All the rooms were recently updated (2013, I believe), and are very clean and all non-smoking. The kitchenette area has all your essentials for preparing and eating simple meals, and the full-size refrigerator will hold all your grocery supplies easily. The bed was clean and comfortable as well as the pillows. The bathroom was also very clean with all the essentials well-stocked. Even the showerhead flowed smoothly! Please keep in mind that this hotel is a mid-level chain designed to accommodate business travelers for extended periods of time. For example, maid service is once per week, which is when they thoroughly clean the room and supply fresh towels/linens. They are more than happy to give you fresh linens before then if you take then to the front desk to exchange. They also offer free use of washers/dryers. Overall, a nice place to stay! Unexpected stay

I booked a standard suite for 2 nights, the room is small, and there is no room service, you'll use the same towels unless you call for change. The bed is not a standard queen size, very small for 2 person. I had 2 uncomfortable night sleep.

Everything great except noise from the room above
