The beds were uncomfortable and the bath was shallow. The pool was closed the entire week I was there. Overall it was fine, nothing spectacular. For the price I was satisfied. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was very nice and the staff friendly. Breakfast every morning was a great touch. We had a truck with a trailer and had no problem parking it there. There is ample parking and only 20 minutes to Las Vegas. The only downside was the bed was as hard as a brick. Would definitely stay again for the price and convenience.

We were not informed before or during check-in that the pool would be closed for 4 weeks. In fact, in the "info" they gave us with breakfast times, wi-fi code, etc.- the pool times were listed. We only learned of the closure after our children wanted to use the pool. We asked for a refund and to check out and were told that we'd have to talk to management the next day. The pool was one of the only reasons we chose this hotel. We ended up calling the 24 hour Comfort Suites number and after some hassle, checked out and moved to a different hotel.

Probably was okay... outdated and brown...a bit run down. Gym equipment was very old and falling apart. Breakfast was hot but was low quality. Eggs were packed scrambled eggs and the sausage was the cheap kind you would find at crappy places like McDonald's. Outside of the eggs and sausage it was just a cheap continental breakfast. It wasn't a terrible hotel or location for Henderson. Henderson in general is a bit run down. But the hotel area seemed to be safe... unlike a lot of the Vegas areas...so that is good. The hotel price was good. The holiday inn around the corner is way nicer... but again this hotel wasn't too bad just marginal. But I'd stay here again versus a cheaper motel 6 or equivalent.

They tried very hard to make the breakfast appealing to guests. Unit has microwave and small fridge. Coffee and fresh water in the lobby all the time.

We stayed there for 3nights. Wifi didn't work all three days and response was we are working on that. Hotel says breakfast included but same thing all 3 days same thing we are not getting our supplies.when complain about this the response was thanks for your feedback and concern but we can not do anything.

We checked in late and front desk staff was prompt and super friendly in answering the door and checking us in! Property was clean, breakfast was well stocked, and rooms were not noisy! Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Truly a GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!
When I arrived, I was greeted with amazing service!!! The room was clean and we were welcomed and told about everything that was happening for the evening. THAT WAS FANTASTIC!!! This trip was not a trip for pleasure... It was to say goodbye to my Dad. He is on hospice and the last time I would see him. Your hotel staff was overwhelming, warm and wonderful! Thank you for helping me through a difficult time!!! I will stay there again!
