Wifi was very slow. But overall room was ok. Staff is nice.

Nice hotel

It was close enough to the strip but far enough away too get away from all the people lights and noise.

Not a good experience

Pros: Beautiful facility.
Cons: desk staff, maid staff, price
Location: Very good places to eat nearby.
too expensive, $497.00 for a bed and a sofa bed for 2 adults for 2 nights is outrageous! very disappointed.

Good Hotel

Pros: Close proximity of places to eat.
Cons: Continental Breakfast
Location: Joe's Crabshack and TGI Fridays
Overall my experience was good, there were some moldings on the floor (closet entry) that were not installed yet, but other than that, the room was good. Staff was very accommodating.

Upgrade included parking lot road noise.

Pros: Price was better than others,
Cons: Happy employees ready to serve customers. The staff did OK, however I have received much more professionalism in other locations of Marriott.
Location: Great location for restaurants, shelby museum
I asked for an upgrade and was given a nice balcony that opened over the parking lot and street street noise.

The people who work there are wonderful and prompt when asked to do something. The room was a bit of a problem. We're both allergic to down and the bed was covered with down blanket and pillows. Thankfully they had spare blanket for the spare single bed that wasn't down. And two of the 6 pillows weren't down. The bed was too soft for our comfort. Our hvac quit twice. We had to have maintenance come in to fix it. They were prompt and very courteous.

The hotel is under the flight path for the airport but the windows worked well so we couldn't hear the planes and they came in when we wwere in our room.

Hotel very quiet and empty...but they put me at the end of the hallway,a long walk by myself to the elevator. It was a bit scary at night. Indoor rooms, but a long walk alone with no one else around.

Friendly staff, but no rollaway or sleeper sofa

Overal, the hotel was very nice and appeared to be recently updated. The room was spacious and clean, and there was a mini fridge and microwave which was much needed for a lacrosse tournament weekend. the restaurant was under construction, but they offered discounts at local restaurants. The only negative aspect is that the hotel is apparently doing away with rollaway beds by having a sofa sleeper in each room. Which is great, unless you're the only room without a sofa sleeper and they cannot offer you another option, that's kind of ridiculous. Having zero rollaways available at a hotel is not well thought out in my opinion, and ended up costing me an extra hotel room.
