Staff went above and beyond!

Christian at the front desk offered to guide me through a set-up for my laptop computer. The computer could "see" the hotel's wi-fi network but couldn't generate the log-in page. After Christian's patient guidance we were able to get to the log-in page and successfully connect.

Be careful - don’t leave anything of value exposed in your vehicle. The parking lot is not secure at all - no cameras, no security. Easy target for thieves.

The property has in house security patrolling overnight and we work with local law enforcement if there is an issue.. It is always recommended by law enforcement to remove items of value from vehicles at any location you may be at. I am sorry if you were a victim of a random act of vandalism during your visit. Your feedback has been shared with the appropriate hotel teams so that we can act proactively to prevent guest issues you have commented on.

Management at this location Sucks

When we arrived at 3:00 for check in, we were told that the room was not ready...looked around and there were 5 other groups waiting. The girl said it would be 30 minutes ... we came back and the room was still not ready..she said 10 more minutes...this went on for almost 2 hours. The manager was not there or would not respond...finally the girl agreed to give us a handicapped room, but would not lower the room rate or offer any compensation....I won't ever stay here again or recommend any friends.....not happy still

Beautiful facility and accomadating, we needed a room on the first floor for my son who had special needs and we had no problem. We would definetly come again.
