5 star hotel, 1 star service

8am construction, working going in and out of our room leaving the door open while we were still checked in and using the room. The hotel itself was very nice, but my experience there was horrible. The moment my party arrived in the lobby, we were greeted by someone trying to sell us a timeshare. Before we could check in we had already spent 15 minutes repeatedly turning down a timeshare tour. The morning we were supposed to check out, we were woken up at 8am by hammering, drilling, sawing, and just a cacophony of power tools. I called down to the front desk and the woman was very polite and said she would find out what's going on and call me back. And hour later no one has called me back, and the construction just kept getting louder. I call down again and was greeted by the same woman who told me maintenance was changing locks and there's nothing they can do about it. That's fine, they have to do their jobs. But then before 11 we get a call from the desk informing us that maintenence was outside our room and needed to change the locks right now. We're annoyed but we're assured that it was a quick process, so we ask for a later check out and was denied and told latest checkout is at 11, which is not true because our friends in the ne,the room were given 12pm. I explain this the person on the line and the fact that there are strangers going in and out of our room so we havent been able to shower, she sounded noticeably annoyed, put me on hold and came back on to tell me 12 wa
