Do NOT stay here, unless you are desperate.

Pros: It was convenient, but that's about it.
Cons: EVERYTHING! The place needs fumigation.
Location: It's on S. Las Vegas Blvd. making it convenient to the Strip, the freeways, and McCarren. Things to do? RUN AWAY!!
Check-in was fairly uneventful, but it quickly became obvious that this place caters to transient "dwellers". Lots of questionable "guests" milling about. I'm not afraid of much, but I was very concerned for my safety. The room was roach infested. I killed over 2 dozen and my wife killed a few more. There were no plastic water glasses in the bathroom. When we ran out of toilet paper, we were told "tough luck" by the office, and very rudely at that. We booked this place because of the price. Avoid this place at all costs.

Door was locked when we arrived

Pros: Don't know, we could not get in at 8pm
Door was locked, so after driivng 12 hours we just kept going. I have not been able to get a refund from either Expedia OR Embassy Suites. I have tried nicely multiple times to receive a refund to no avail. Very disappointed in this situaton.

Terrible hotel-stay Away

The conditions of this hotel was so bad that we could not stay there. I did not feel safe, it was not clean, no staff available to provide clean linen. It is a place where people who cannot get an apartment or home, as well as drug users.

Terrible experience

Found and killed cockroaches. Couldn't check In after 10pm due to flight delays. And didn't get refunded for missed day since I had to check into a different hotel for the first night. Not enough bathroom supplies. Terrible customer service. Will not be using Expedia again if I can't get refunded for my first night that I booked with emerald suites. Exstreamly disappointed

Ugly rooms

Booked this hotel for the weekend looking at the pictures online it looked like the rooms would be decent for the price when i got in the rooms where dirty they have old tube box tv's. I went to ask for my money back and the staff gave attitudes and no help.. So i just took off and went to book at the Grandview i recommend you go there...

Hotel a long way from the strip no maid service

Pros: Room was big with separate bedroom. Full kitchen with nice living room
Cons: We did not get maid service so I called the office. They said that a sign in the office was posted saying that room service had to be requested.
Location: Long way from the strip. Close to grocery store.
I asked for maid service for the 2nd day and all I received was towels left on the coffee table. Trash not emptied, dirty towels not picked up, toilet paper not provided. We started with 1/4 roll and ran out the 1st day. $80 a night and no toilet paper, maid service, and free wifi but forgot to let us know that you had to bring your own cord as it was hard wire wifi. For a few dollars more we could have stayed on the strip with maid service, more comfortable bed and wifi. I would not recommend this motel.

close to the job site.

Cons: some of the fixtures looked a little run down. especially in the bathroom area
Location: I stayed in the Emerald suit because it was close to a work site where I needed to work.
the room was ok. It looked a little run down. the room was clean and comfortable.

Not a good Hotel

Horrible and didn't like the customer service lobby wasn't open and I wasn't the only person to come and it was close

Sorry for the misunderstanding of Lobby and check in time. We do have it posteds on the website that the Lobby is closed by 10pm.

Too far from las vegas

Taxi fare to downtown was 50 dollars one way. Moved to the grand hotel.

Pros: Laundry room on site.
Cons: Cleanliness
Upon entering the bathroom of room 3014 I was welcomed by a myriad of bugs. Needless to say, I checked the mattress and found hairs, like the bedding hadn't been changed between guests. I immediately regretted my decision to stay at this "hotel". I contacted the office to switch rooms, not knowing if the next room would be any better. I was given another room which appeared to be bug free, but I couldn't get a good nights sleep between worrying about bugs and whom had set off my car alarm. Upon checkout I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was busy and would call me... He never did. I would not recommend staying here.
