Worse place I have ever stayed

Posted Mar 21, 2017
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Hire more staff so you will not shut down entire off throughout the day and night. Clean the rooms, Really clean the rooms. I should not have to clean
Location: 15 minutes away from strip
I drove from Utah to Vegas which around a 5-hour drive. I go to check in and the door was locked with a sign saying gone to lunch. I never heard of the whole staff leaving and closes up before. To make matter worse there was a lady inside just eating and look at me and still ignore. So I have to wait another 40 minutes just to get into the door and check in. Once I got into the room it smelled like smoke and other smells (I had ti clean myself). The bed sheet did not even cover the bed (wrong size) Only one toilet paper roll (Tried to get another but was always told I missed the cleaning lady so that did not work) Had to go to WalMart to buy the simple stuff you find and get into a room. When I went to check out again it was locked and said be back again later. All in all, it was really bad and I will never stay at this place again.

An extended stay hotel for people of limited means. Mostly quiet but a few disruptions in middle of the night. Room smelled odd. Musty.

OK value for the money, but not clean...

Posted Mar 20, 2017
Got a 2-room suite for $130/night. Good value, but the room was dirty and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Stains on carpet. Staff was nice but not customer service oriented.

Don't drop in

Posted Mar 9, 2017
Pros: Absolutley nothing.
Cons: Replace all the staff, then actually train the new staff. Then invest some money into making their rooms habitable. New pillow too.
Location: There is a nice casino nearby, and it's not too far from the strip.
The staff was poorly trained, somewhat rude and slowwwwww. On our last day we got back to our room at 1AM and our room cards didn't work. The office was closed with no emergency number. In a somewhat obscure place they had posted their security service and their phone number. We called that and they send someone to let us in our room. When I asked the person at the desk the next morning what happened they blamed it on us for de-magnetizing our cards with no apology and no perceptible empathy. Don't ruin your vacation by staying here. Oh, the rooms are sub-par also.

Needs work

Posted Mar 8, 2017
The room had vinyl flooring that was not done properly and it floated way to much. The towel I used for my shower ripped in half just drying myself off. I would recommend, but they need to work on the rooms a bit.

Worst internet service ever!

Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: The hot water worked.
Cons: Put in a wireless system or dedicated line that works in all rooms. Clean the rugs in the room.
Location: It's close to downtown.
The only wireless on the premises is in the front office. In the room, you need to use a dedicated line to an internet service that is not working. The front desk personnel told me that it had been out of service for three weeks, and they're working on it. It's possible that this might be the standard answer they've been told to use throughout the year...

Quiet place to stay

Posted Mar 15, 2014
Was not far from outlets and casinos. Not too bad for the price. Only downside was they didn't have wi fi. They had a cable to plug into your laptop.

Nice hotel. Hard to find. Not much around.

Good hotel if you are visiting family. Bad hotel if going to the strip.

Review of stay

Posted Mar 9, 2014 on Hotels
Booked 3 notes starting March 4th. Got to room, smoke detector going off, no pillows nor linens in room, room smelled bad, furniture worn - Room 1050. Returned to desk, asked for refund and was told no. I left paying for a nite that I didn't use. Attitude was indifference. Too many permanent residents or long stays have generated compacency. Do not reommend.
