Hotel from hell

The staff was rude and lazy, the rooms smelled bad, was charged a room cleaning fee, but they were never cleaned. We had to go looking for toilet paper and clean towels. I will never stay at this hotel again and would never refer it to anyone.

Name of Hotel is Misleading

Pros: Their lobby was much nicer than their rooms.
Cons: All rooms need to be remodeled.
Location: was scared to go anywhere
Can't get anyone to answer their phone. They close at 10 so no late check ins. Rooms smell of strong cigarette and I requested non smoking. only 1 light worked in room and it was about to burn out. You can see where all repairs were. Appliances, sinks, tubs look like they were there since 1970. No trash cans in room. Towels where so small. Bed was very uncomfortable. The lobby clearly says no refunds and "rent is due by 11AM". Saw suspicious transactions between people. Stay away from this place. I highly recommend Expedia to remove them from their website.

Crime scene

This is an extended stay half way house. Very unsafe and unclean. During my visit I heard shouting at night, loitering people, homeless sourounding the building. One day part of the facility was taped off with a crime scene...photographers, cops...very sketchy place. Rooms were disgusting. The place is a dump

Horrible!!! Do NOT stay here!!

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING, staffing, customer service, signage, etc!
We drove in to Las Vegas and arrived at the hotel around 10:15 p.m. From my Expedia app it said the hotel closed the front desk at 10:00 pm but underneath that it stated that we would be guarrenteed late arrival. We called from Stateline to notify them we would be arriving late to which we were told that would not be a problem. By the time we arrived everything was locked and lights were shut off. I called the phone number on the site and on the door but only got an automated message. I left a message and never got a call back. We ended up having to book another hotel room. On Monday, after several calls to Expedia they got in touch with the hotel which refused to provide a refund and said we could have checked in the following am but that would be pointless being that they open at 10 am and check out time is 11 am! I guess you get what you pay for! Never again will I book this hotel! Aside from the poor customer service the area did not seem very safe.

The "Hotel" was poorly maintained.

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Firstly, the front desk attitude should be improved. Then, clean up the place!
Location: Near the strip.
The Emerald Suites is not a hotel; it is a place to rent by many locals by the week with no credit check required. When we got there, there was police activity in the parking lot. The room was not clean and smelled like smoke, the bed was squeaky, the room did not have waste baskets, hangers, or kitchen utensils to make coffee, etc. The next door room had a smashed out window with glass on the walkway, trash and debris was not cleaned up, and there were no outdoor trash receptacles. The front desk was not helpful when I asked for waste baskets and hangers, and when I requested a refund for the remaining 2 nights of our 3 night reservation, they refused to refund our money. I would NOT stay here again, and suggest no one reserve a room there!

North Las Vegas Emerald Suites

Cons: Everything
Location: Thomas & Mack stadium was fairly close.
This hotel was rated a suite. NOT. No elevator. True, there was a stove, refrigerator, and a microwave. No coffee pot. There were NO utensils of any kind. We bought plastic ware for the coffee that we got from McDonalds right next door. There was also a $10.00 per day cleaning fee and that "service" you had to ask for. There was toilet unclogging equipment, complete with feces, on the end suite of our floor. There was a shooting every night in the back units. We were told by their ARMED security guard that we were safe because we were in a front unit. Never did feel safe

Terrible!

I, Eric Graham, requested a non smoking room; but I received a room that smell like cigarette smoke. Also I didn't get a remote control to the outdated, analog T.V. I'm very disappointed!
