The receptionist was constantly away from the desk or talking to other staff when she had people waiting to be helped. Hotel was nice and clean.

Website says free complementary breakfast but it just coffee tea and granola bars. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and no extra sheets available. Staff was very friendly and professional.

There were bums sleeping along the property fence line, the outdoor poolside furniture was in very bad condition, there was a cockroach in our room and the advertised breakfast was a joke!!! We will NEVER stay here again!!

Quite bad experience - no bathroom curtains, not enough towels, not telling about cleaning schedule. No action even after complaining

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The hotel was overbooked and didn't have our RESERVED room available to us and three other families. We spent hours dealing with terrible customer service only to be turned away, even though we had reserved our room months in advanced. We ended up having to leave Las Vegas after having driven over 6hours! We also saw a cockroach while few waited in the lobby to be assisted.

Clean room but the breakfast on the go was coffee and granola bars. No fresh fruit or anythng else like toast.

Room is nice and clean. Got everything I needed: refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, stove and laundry facilities. Staff is nice and facilities are safe.

Smelly

Even though the section where we stayed was non smoking, and they made it a big deal, the hallway stunk so bad like weed.
