The woman at the front desk was super nice, she first gave a me a key to a room that it didn't work on. She came down to try it and we found that someone was already checked into that room. So she got us into another room. This place was just not a great place to stay. Not clean at all.

I liked that three beds were available in the room. That is hard to find. I wasn't pleased that there was no notice of pool not working (second reason I booked that room). There was also no notice of the breakfast being very limited, take-n-go.

Unfortunately, it was a sad experience for me and my family. In general, the place was dirty. We booked for 6 people, but there was bedrooms only for 5 (including the sofa). There was no sufficient towel for our family and we needed to ask more. There was not toilet paper at all and we need to ask. The staff was not friendly. Lastly, when you say in your add that you offer breakfast, you need to provide something more than just cocoa and cereal bars. In conclusion, it is a place that I would not return to.

It said there was a pool but it didn’t say it was down for maintenance. It says non smoking but it reeks of smoke. You can hear everyone around you and what they are doing. Can’t get the tv to work. The area around the motel is sketchy

Room was a great size. It was a great stay overall,I would definitely stay here again. Only negative comment is room smelled like pee when you first walk in, could be because they allow pets?.. Oh!! And check in was easy BUT front desk lady was NOT nice, nothing but attitude.

Poor service, No breakfast as promised, just a muffin and coffee. One of the beds was dirty upon arriving. The room smelled bad. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this facility.

The pull out bed in the couch was very uncomfortable. The mattress was flat so we had to put the mattress on floor. Also, the couch was very flimsy. One of the beds was lumpy. The sink in the bathroom/sleep area was clogged the whole 2 days we were there, tried calling the office several times and also went to the office to let them know and was told they would send someone but nobody showed up, then was told that maintenance people were gone for the day and it was early. The bathtub was not clean and the door kept getting stuck and made a lot of noise everytime it closed or opened. We had a suite, if you call it a suite, which only had one tv in the living area and none in the bedroom so we had to all sit in the living room if we wanted to watch tv. There was only one couch which was uncomfortable and old, and one other chair. There was 5 adults.

Not recommended. Insects and bugs in our room, dirty bathtub and toilets, disgusting stairwells and carpets, understaffed and overwhelmed employees. Reminded me of those scary hotels from the movies. Book at your own risk. The positive? The nighttime security guards were very nice.

Property was in bad shape and felt unsafe. Homeless walking in front. Locked ourselves in the room before dark. But the worst part of the property was the condition of the room. Mold on the ceiling and dirt in the bathtub.

The women who checked us in was rude. There is 1 entry/exit to the hotel. You can't use any other door so it's very inconvenient to stay there with animals.

Run down in unsafe area. I booked this at a good amount of money per night to be close to airport. I would not call this an airport hotel. Dirty. Smelled and rundown. Slept on top of covers. In morning had bites due to bed bugs. Now have to fly home with a bed bug issue. Disappointed this hotel was even a choice on your website.

Place was a trap house. Smelled like weed soon as you step in the lobby. Room had ants crawling everywhere. Sketchy people hanging in parking lot. People blasting music in rooms. Weird security guard in parking lot following us. I will most definitely never stay here ever again. Me and my wife slept with our clothes on shoes and all. It was that nasty. I’m not saying I’m bougie. I’ve stayed at some pretty run down places. But this spot takes the cake, I mean the WHOLE BAKERY!!!

Never again will I stay there!!!
You charged me $50 more a night than the going rate at extended stay America you also did not put that the place was next to a homeless shelter and that they were all over the place also it was non smoking and people were right outside the door smoking cigarettes and dope and the night desk clerk would join them smoking cigarettes in front of the signs that say no smoking within 100 ft of the doors. We paid for 3 weeks as you know and they sleazed the room once after 15 days the only people that work there worth much are the ladies that work the 7 am shift they clean up the front area or it would be nothing but trash. Not a place to have kids specially teens.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at EVER!!! Shower was rusted and mold was on the ceiling. The bed was dirty and the floors were FILTHY. The desk chair was so disgusting to even look at. It’s in the ugly part of Vegas and full of tweakers. How this hotel has 11.5/10 stars is beyond me. Unless someone who’s friends with employees did reviews this place is a literal DUMP. FAIR WARNING. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Staffs were irresponsible and not friendly.We stayed for two days.Room was not cleaned.No milk for the children in the breakfast and muffin given as breakfast.

If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I think motels have much better facilities. Smelled so bad inside the room, walls dirty, a/c equipment old, noisy and bad odor. People letting their pets piss in front of the rooms which made everything worse. Staff was horrible. When we checked in this guy named Steven was really rude making us wait a long time. Minding his own business doing who knows what. The whole building smells Terrible, didn’t shower because the bathroom was so dirty. The beds had so much dust that you could see the particulates floating around. Smoke detectors were disconnected. Kitchen and fridge old and smelly. Carpet on the floor was nasty hair everywhere. Amazed by how this building is still in business. Should be closed down for good. -10 stars.

Staff was really nice and helpful but the property was dirty and elevator was down. Saw a lot of bums hanging out in the parking lot. Pictures show it nice and clean but it’s an urban area. Looked like crimes were taking place in surrounding areas.
